Good Time Girls - Base Game

Simply choose 'Good Time Girls' from the list of available jobs and you're ready to start making money off your body! The ten level career path will take you from being a common Tart to a highly desired Madame. This career is only for the ladies – a similar 'Male' mod is now in progress and should be testing soon.

 

The brothel venue is available for you to use - but you do not need to use the brothelvenue zip file - the venue is available to you in the build / buy menu so long as you have the required venue lists.  The brothel can be used by a randy man looking for fun or by a pro looking for a place to pick up tricks.  It's an option but not one that allows active career participation because of the DLC requirement.

 

 

Good Time Girls - Active Career

To Start: you need to create a brothel venue. This means selecting the Brothel option from the drop-down in Build / Buy when building your own or installing the BrothelVenue game files and ensuring that the lot type is set to be a brothel. If there is no brothel in any neighborhood, your character will simply go to work as if it's a rabbit-hole career.

 

That being said, once a venue is established in the game world, choose 'Good Time Girls' from the list of available Active careers and you're ready to start making money off your body. When your shift starts, you'll be asked if you want to join them (an active day) or send them alone (rabbit-hole).

 

When at your job, you should check in with the madame and get some advice from her, get friendly with the other girls, and flirt your way to offering yourself for paid sex with the clients (if they don't ask you for it first). You need to check in with the Madame at least once to advance in level and she's not always there.

 

The 'Uniform' for all Good Time Girls is a random generation of clothes that are tagged with 'Sleep' - so anything in the EA releases you have downloaded, or any CC / Mods you've downloaded that are tagged as sleepwear will be part of the pool used to generate the girls' uniforms.

 

Suggestions / Tips

- While the ts4script that comes with the game works well, I've found at also having the xml injetor makes some interactions and events run a bit more smoothly.   This is not something I was expecting and I'm going to be looking to why this is the case for inclusions into my own script.

- If you don't want clients having sex with one another at the brothel (or the girls playing with other girls) then you may want to click off the WW autonomy options.  I'm considering doing this automatically but that would disable the option across your whole game, not just at the brothel.

Just putting this out there, but the "Career Overhaul Mod" allows you to do things like "meet co-workers" while doing the rabbit hole event, which got me thinking it might be interesting to see a feature in a mod like this that allowed you to "meet co-workers" and/or clients in the same way. There is also the question of is this a legal job or an illegal job where you have to report to a pimp (your boss, basically) who demands a cut.

So, do you have to register as a rose in Wicked Pervs for this, or do you get automatically registered when taking the job? Or what exactly is the mod requirement?

Is this in parallel to a rabbit hole job during the official working hours, or more like an active "work from home" career?

Right now, It's mostly a rabbit hole during office hours because I wanted to have a 'no dlc' option if a player doesn't have Get to Work.   The job promotion objectives are largely sex-work based off of Nisak's perversion options (Yes, you're automatically registered when you take the job) and always improve job performance so you can spend time 'working' and improving your career outside of work hours.  

 

The 'Active' career is something I'm currently working on - it will require Get to Work and am aiming for it in V1.0.  The basic 'Base Game / rabbit hole' version is going to be updated and tweaked along side of it on my own plans and suggestions.

I added this mod, an earlier version, not the current, and had an issue with the entire household joining any sim when they went to school, on holiday, get to work workplace and so on as if they were permanently grouped (despite being unchecked when traveling). When my detective got home from work, the entire police station traveled with her.

The issue stopped when I removed the mod which make me think it was the culprit.

I have not yet tried out the latest version so I dont know if the issue has been removed yet.

 

There was also the issue about when aging a female teen to young adult they automatically signed up even if not joining the career.

But that was just a fun glitch ^^ -

But I found a bug: Presumably, when joining this career, your sim becomes a prostitute (via Nisa), right?

Well, it kind of happens no matter what career is joined. Had a sim in the household joining the painter career. 

Guess what? ?

 

Haven't tried other careers, just the painter one: But that sim suddenly was a Kiwano.

Not exactly what I had in mind... ^^

HAH!  I actually found out the same thing while testing one of Kiara's mods.  I guess I just wanted every woman in the Sims to be a prostitute...

 

I've fixed that and will update a new version once I've tested a bit - probably later tonight.

H Khor - Sorry, that objective might need some reworking but the basic gist is 'go to a club venue and engage in prostitute acts'  I'll clean that up in the update.

If you've got NisaK's Wicked perversions installed, it should be an option when clicking on another sim - though you do need to get to know them a bit, first. 

 

I've also added in a Good Time Girls menu option that has a few functions  - it will be available soon.
