Like I've heard of wabbajack where yall can make a mod list and I download, or something like that? Hell I'm willing to pay someone for a working mod list at this point, I want to play so fucking bad but modding is 1000% way to complicated for me

honestly?

Then just leave it - ie add mods to your game
(My purely personal opinion and I find many things difficult - but I'm willing to learn in small steps and not start with 100-200 mods at the same time)

for technical consulting services at the customer's site, 500-1000 euros an hour are not uncommon...

..because the many hours of preparation for this consultation have to be financed.

Reading guides shouldn't be... usually... just go step by step, there isn't any magic stick to do that for you - like you ask some one to shit in toilet for you so you don't have to wipe your ass... even shitting requires some attention to the process... And drop that Wabba shit, pick mods that looks promising to you and install one by one and testing the game in between.

I trained adults on various software programs (including CAD) for a number of years.

so that you understand the simplest things in modding - I would have to start about 1 week with 40 hours of lessons - but we haven't even started with Sex-Lab or similar things

With the configuration as I currently have it - it would take 4 weeks of 40 hours of lessons per week to enable a complete beginner to install such mods and make the simplest error corrections

and I'm NOT a professional at writing mods - I've never been a programmer writing CAD software either.
Programmers are often very bad teachers themselves because they have long forgotten how far they are from the level of a beginner USERS
but that's just a side note

If someone doesn't understand how to put mods in their game after one or two hours, the rest of your 38 are a waste of Time.

Like already said, you couldn't afford paying people for a ready to go modlist and even if you get one, you still would need to adjust things you can't adjust because you never learned how. Modding skyrim is simple step by step patiently testing, reading how to troubleshoot stuff and not being too greedy

Is it really a waste if you get paid for it? It's a waste for the customer, sure, but you know...

It's their money.

And your paycheck.

That is true but in all honesty? work that doesn't result in anything still feels like a waste for me ?

Good thing then, that I don't live to work. I work to live.

My advice is to do it gradually. On the first day just set up the basics like skse, crash fixes, Unofficial patches, and FNIS, etc, following a STEP guide.

Then when your Skyrim environment is ready for mods you can just add them one at a time the ones you want. An making sure everything is working before you proceed further. If you try to install a huge modlist straight away without knowledge it'll be a nightmare. Ask yourself, 'do I really want this mod; will I even make use of it?'

It's more about the process. Don't install Sexlab plus 30 other mods all at once. Install SL and make sure that it's working. Then install ZAZ and make sure it's working, then, one by one add specific mods that you want. You won't know what you want untill you play with it.

Spend a week focusing on Sex mods.

Spend a week focusing on beatification mods - texture and mesh replacers, armor replacers.

Spend a week on Character beauty and NPC replacers, skin textures.

Think of it like 'layers of an onion' - first you need those little niggling bug fixes, patches, utilities. Mostly dll files, engine fixes, etc. That is one stage complete.

Then you get your character beauty sorted out at least with a basic set up - racemenu or ECE, hair, texture, body replacer, bodyslide.

Then you get the sex framework set up and start adding addons to that - but always slowly and one at a time so you catch problems.

Then you can get stuff to enhance the game itself such as mods that alter elements like dragon fights or whatever.

Do it in stages. Good luck.
