It's a mashup of multiple different things. The top and jewelry with the top are part of the BDO (black desert online) India outfit port. The necklace - earrings - nose jewelry - head piece - bracelet - waist belts and pants are from something else. I think I have seen the pants before I just can't remember where.

Add to that modders completely transform some stuff (retexture and models) to make unique mashups and it can be difficult to recognize what mod(s) they're from sometimes.

The green jewellery and nose ring are from Indian Jewels by Melodic and the pants are probably Hakama Pants also by Melodic. But not seeing that blue texture, so maybe a retexture or something.

Indian jewels is a DAZ studios jewelry for the Genesis 3 and Genesis 8 Female. Many of their other outfits are DAZ studios ports and some I think might be game ports or come from other places like renderosity or rendererotica. But if a person can find out the name of the ported DAZ outfit then the person can just search for it on the DAZ studios site or other site. Get the file and take the texture files for the outfit part and convert them to .DDS format.
