No character animation

My character just standing there ? :S with arms down the side lik a standard position :S not parts moving when moving around. and he just floarting when moving og gliding .

Sounds like you didn't run FNIS (or nemesis if your using that)

Check step 12 on

If your not using mod organise (MO/MO2) you can ignore the bit about running it from within it

Not sure what your trying to show, what is happening when you click on GenerateFNISforUsers in \Steam\steamapps\common\Skyrim Special Edition\Data\tools\GenerateFNIS_for_Users

This can happen if, as was mentioned, FNIS isn't run, OR if another mod breaks FNIS. For the first, the solution is pretty clear, run FNIS. for the other, you'll have to figure out which one(s) is/are causing the issue. One I used to run into once and a while, was accidently installing an LE mod from not paying attention and blindly following links in showcases.

Another is LE animations. Also, sometimes I don't pay attention to noted mod contentions and install a mod that won't play nice with mods I've already installed.
