traison Posted December 12, 2022 Posted December 12, 2022 (edited) Current armor/body mesh, player character skeleton and SMP are the suspects here I'd say. If in doubt, disable current armor mod (if any) or body mesh as well as SMP. If problem doesn't go away, it's somewhere else and we need a rethink. traison Posted December 12, 2022 Posted December 12, 2022 I'm personally not interested in any mod lists or load orders. In a single mod you can have thousands of files. You'd have to figure out conflicts and such yourself.

Silver437 Posted January 19, 2025 Posted January 19, 2025 Necro'ing this post with potentially valuable info. I got this error because I had packed a race mod that I was using into a BSA archive. Unpacking it and going back to loose files fixed the crash for me.

A user-mode application can never crash a driver, if the driver is properly made. In situations where this happens, your system is in terrible risk because an attacker would look at that like "oooh, a potential quick way into the kernel! mnonyhc Posted March 1, 2025 Posted March 1, 2025 The issue seems to be exacerbated by SSE display Tweaks. Removing the mod made the issue almost non-existent, with the mod in default settings at 60fps it happens about 1 in every 5 times while raising fps over 60 makes it almost guaranteed.

SSE Display Tweaks is one of those mods that sound great on paper but have tremendous potential for things going wrong.
