Can someone edit the skinnydippingtowel file so it be replaced with something invisible or a nude outfit?

I heard it's impossible to outright stop sims from changing since it's a core game mechanic. So I thought someone mod savvy might at least be able to alter the towel file or mod it to replace the ingame towel with something else such as invisible clothes or a nude outfit. (That feature always annoyed me. What's the point of having the option to hide a sims clothes if they immediately change into a towel? ) Is it feasible and is someone willing to do this for me? It would be really sweet

What is the "skinnydippingtowel file" ?

Do you speak about the base game, KW, or Passion ?

However, the "bath towel after shower" in KW can be switched off in the KW menu.

The bath towel is also worn when the victim of a clothes stealing prank during skinny dipping gets out of the pool/hot tub.

 

Sadly this sounds like another example of the gameplay not fitting a realistic narrative enough to bother someone. I gave up on hoping to make a more realistic game because so much shit is hardwired or connected to other features.

 

The fact as much has been done to a 'family friendly' 13 year old game as we have today is still pretty astounding, but I've come to accept it's limitations instead of being constantly annoyed at the shortcomings.

Erm. So you're using Kinky World?

Suggestion: Right-click your sim -> Kinky World -> Settings. There should be a setting for "use towel after bathing", I think in the General category. I also deactivated this due to bugs with the towel. My sims remain naked (or change back to Everyday) if their stuff is stolen.
