Male Followers ?

So is there any good male followers mods without a shitload of requirements? If so what ones do you use? I never used a male follower and thought I would see what other use. Skyrims males are horrible partly my fault as I have done nothing to them as I never really interact with them only for quest stuff. All are dirty who look like they fell in a river of shit and in dire need of some soap and water a razor would help as well.
