Man, a fully modded folder woukd be like a 60 or so gb download, would have to be on a torrent. If you have shiity internet, would take forever to download.   Mrrakkon has an 18gb download of avton of cc, but no mods.  When i added my mods, and im picky, my folder was over 40 gb..you might start with mrrakkons world redux found here on LL.  then go from there.

 You can just download a few of Mr. Rakkonn's sims and they usually have bundled all the outfits and makeup you could ever need.
