Miscellaneous werewolf makeovers for TWO and some other tweaks

View File

Firstly I am happy that Frosferes, the author of Total Werewolf Overhaul, was inspired to use my assets from Monster Facial Animation which gives werewolves, werebears and vampire lords facial animation. In turn that inspired me to create these patches or makeovers for a few werewolf-related mods, for maximum compatibility with TWO and Creature Framework, also giving them their own "equipment". That includes every werewolf/werebear from Diverse Werewolves Collection, as well as the Lobo follower and the Sinding follower.

Firstly the "Werebears and DWC" FOMOD focuses on giving werebears more attention, with a plugin that's loosely inspired by Werewolves.esp and it's patches. I gave werebears updated body meshes with a tongue for instance (and the female body looks more feminine), and they get separate CF equipment unlike the werebear models from More Nasty Critters where they were already attached to the model. And the DWC werewolves will use the "bits" meshes that's included in the CF patch for TWO, but with their own sheath/balls textures which should match their general skin textures. For now I've only programmed them to have the red cocks.

With FrownDere's permission, I've also given Lobo assets based on Total Werewolf Overhaul, and I've done the same with the Authentic Sinding Follower. They both come with their standalone BodySlide files.

I've tweaked the race script from More Nasty Critters to make sure that SexLab will register the unque werewolf/werebear races from DWC but also Lobo's and Sinding's race.
After installing this tweak, make sure you disable SexLab's "Allow Creature Animation" in the MCM, close the menu and then re-enable it again, in order to register the werebeast races I've covered.

I've also made a tweak to SexLab Werewolves, tweaking the script to make sure that players can initiate sex scenes in werebear form, but also made it so that players can be submissive to some of the additional male werewolf races I've generally covered in this mod, as long as you check the "Ignore PC Gender" in the MCM.

I'm also sharing some werewolf headpart replacers for TWO, based on the Underworld werewolf remodel.

Note - The tongue might clip through the snout during certain animations. Before you install this, make sure you back up the files in the following folder:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Skyrim Special Edition\Data\Meshes\actors\werewolfbeast\character assets\HeadParts

Be sure to check out my newest mod Were-Circle as well!

Requirements:

Monster Facial Animations (DWC version) - https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/22878

Creature Framework and MNC

Soft requirements, depending on which version(s) you install:

Diverse Werewolves Collection - https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/7009

Lobo, a Fully Voiced Werewolf Follower - https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/68706
(Version 1.4, ignore the "Lobo with facial animation/Fluffworks files)

Authentic Sinding Follower - https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/33517
(Latest version contains a FOMOD installer so you can customize with various textures and such, even sheath textures are included)

Recommended mods:
Growl - https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/31245
(with Growl I recommend using either my Werewolf Revert Effect mod or the script from my MFA-Growl patch, there I've made sure that the player can actually turn into the Werebear race and not only be equipped with the werebear skin, which would result in getting a werebear body with a werewolf head if you're using Monster Facial Animation.
https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/35091
https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/76472

Installation:

Manually download the archive, open Vortex, head to the "Mods" tab and then drag-and-drop the archive to the bottom of the page, then you can just go through the installation procedure and customize the mod however you like.

Credits:
-FrownDere for the Lobo follower mod
-Vuthakral and Asjure, for the body/head textures which I combined
-nyphani for the Tamaska Werebear from where I ripped the feminine body

-Oblivionlivio21 for the Underworld werewolf headparts
-Frosferes for making a great sexy werewolf overhaul!

So i installed DWC and The Patch and Sinding Follower and this Patch. But i cant have sex with Sinding, the Hentai Werewolf does work. In the Aroused Creatures Mod Log ist always says NoAnimation. Yes i disabled in the Sexlab MCM Creature Animations and reenabled it.

So i have no idea why this patch doesnt work?

Every patch seems to work except for the MNC one that adds the werewolf followers' races. I have both Sinding and Lobo and can't have sex with either. I disabled Creature animations on an existing save and then tried it with a new game, same result.

Did you guys try to open your savefile in FallrimTools and remove the script instance for MoreNastyCrittersRaces, and then disable/enable creature animations? I know I also had trouble getting it to work in the beginning, can't remember exactly how I solved it. Perhaps typing something like "resetquest MoreNastyCritters" in the console would do the trick as well?

thing is, my save doesn't have that, only MoreNastyCrittersFactory. which also makes me wonder, which mod actually runs this script? FallrimTools doesn't show it under MNC.

Also, tried the resetting quest trick, didn't work.

I'm using version 12_8 of More Nasty Critters and my MNC script is supposed to overwrite that one.

Ah shit, guess I'm an idiot. I was using version 12_6 which had a *Factory file instead of a *Races one. Updated and everything went great.

Sorry for the bother.

Question, I know, I know LE be hella old, should use SE but my PC is a potato etc.
I'm am searching for the stuff like this but for LE, like the Sinding patch, or the DWC + Werebear patch and the MNC race patch thingy + Werewolf Redux, everything I need is here so the question is, will it work on LE or would I need to use some software to convert the textures you have provided in your patches?

I don't remember correctly but I think I've read somewhere that Skyrim LE and Skyrim SE both use different compression format on their textures.
Also am curious if the patched scripts you've provided would work or would that also need to be converted.
Maybe even I'm kinda dumb and there's already stuff like that for LE but I couldn't find it tho.

Does this work with the optional player replacer file from DWC?

Yeah, it will work but you will need to go into that "DWC patch" folder and copy the specific balls texture to the "optional player replacer" folder depending on what DWC skin set you've picked for youself.

EDIT: Tho I still can't locate the reason why the werewolf eye color won't change, some mod I have might be altering the path for the werewolf eye texture and it's just the same color even when I pick the other skin sets from that DWC optional player werewolf skin replacer thingy. The body, head and balls textures work fine tho.

EDIT: Managed to make everything work now.

It's really that simple? Godammit, I'm an idiot. Thanks man!

Does it work for female PC'S?

So Im having a hard time getting the correct werewolf body to show up. I started off with TWO Overhaul 4.0.7, the texture pack, and the TWO schlongs pack. (I also run growl with MFA and all the other requirements)

I was wanting to use DWC and incorporate all these patches to diversify my wolf brethern, but even after I have installed all the patches in MO2 mine and every other werewolf still share the EXACT same  texture as when I install the TWO overhaul and texture pack. Not to mention the body doesnt match what I built in Body Slide. Any idea where I might have screwed up XD?

EDIT: Got the textures to work correctly (Forgot to turn off and on creature animations in Sexlab settings) However, Now I'm trying to figure out why I have two werewolf heads visible atm. Any help on that would be awesome

Just a small thing. The colours of the genitals are not matching. It is currently the same as my PC werewolf's skin, not the primary colour of the NPC werewolf. I think this is just a load order issue, so what mod should be loading after what to rectify this?

I don't think it will work for female werewolf, that depends on what mod do you have for female werewolves.
I have the (SexLab) Werewolves mod and it alters the female meshes so they now have boobs to differentiate between males.
But now you'd need to have some good textures for it because even if the textures worked fine, there won't be nipples on the boobs.

I'm using this mod in tandem with TWO. I've also used the optional alternate textures file from TWO, though I'm currently not using it. And I'm using Sexlab Werewolves Redux, Baka Factory, and Horny Creatures of Skyrim, with TWO overwriting all of them where they affect werewolves. The method you outlined earlier works great for male pc's, just not sure how I would go about making it work for females, as its a little too complex for my tiny ape brain to process.

I don't think it will work well for female werewolves, the TWO werewolf skin textures don't have the proper female werewolf textures with female bits so someone would need to create some proper mix of textures from Sexlab Werewolves and TWO so the females will have nipples, ass and vagina.
Just going to take a real quck look at the textures to confirm it.

Wait, hol up, was thinking about the textures from Diverse Werewolf Collection, the TWO female textures have all the bits lmao. Think I will need to get me some female textures from TWO and check if it will work.

I don't know what I'm doing wrong. I really don't.

No matter what I do, my werewolf's sheath keeps the default, dark texture instead of using DWC textures as it should.

I tried changing the load order, nothing. I tried copy/pasting the "p007werewolfballs.dds" file from the patch into the DWC Player Replacer folder as someone above suggested, nothing (even though it apparently worked for Jyratx). I tried renaming the file to just "werewolfballs.dds", nothing. I tried reinstalling the mods multiple times, nothing.

I really don't know what to do to get the damn thing to work at this point. I've been at this for hours.

I've been trying to do this for so long as well, I have no idea how you were able to get it to work. Sheath is always black

Okay, so... As the screencap below shows, I managed to somewhat fix my problem and get the texture of my Werewolf's dangly bits to match his body.

I did so by going to the textures > ogdwc > werewolf folder of the Werebears and Diverse Werewolves Patch mod, copying the "p007_werewolfballs.dds" file (which is the one that matches my werewolf's body) and pasting it into the TWO - Total Werewolf Overhaul 4.1 > textures > MoreNastyCritters > werewolf folder. I then removed the original "werewolfballs.dds" file and renamed the file I pasted with the same name.

So... It works for my character, so there's that. I also speedrunned Sinding's quest while I was at it (at least up until the point I meet with him in Bloated Man's Grotto), and he's no longer hostile when I tell him I'm sparing him. No idea what was causing that bug in the first place. Maybe he was just mad his balls didn't match his body, I know I was.

Still, so far it kinda feels like the modding equivalent of putting a band-aid on a gaping wound; Sinding's genitals now have the same texture as my Werewolf's, and even though I haven't tested the Companions yet, I wouldn't be surprised if Vilkas and Farkas' genitals also end up sharing my Werewolf's MNC textures.

If they don't, I guess I'll just give my Werewolf the same textures as Sinding; they're both blond anyway, so it would just work '3'

EDIT: Also, Sinding's quest appears to be broken; killing all the hunters won't advance it. Nevermind; from what I've gathered, siding with Sinding is notoriously bugged so it was more likely a vanilla issue to begin with; using the console to advance the quest fixes that. Still, trying to use SexLab Werewolves with Sinding only results in an "Invalid Target!" error.

I really want those tweaks to work... TWO is what got me interested in playing a werewolf again in the first place because vanilla Werewolves are underwhelming and, even though Growl makes them more interesting, TWO really brings it to another level by giving us customization options, such as creating a *hulking* beast worthy of being called a Werewolf.

Which is why I want to know what I'm doing wrong, why I *can't* get those tweaks to work properly. I installed them with MO2, and tried tweaking them by moving files around, with limited to no success. I *can* get my Werewolf's junk to match his fur, but it also affects Sinding (and, presumably, most other werewolves; haven't checked yet), and trying to use SexLab Werewolves with Sind still gets me the "Invalid Target" message...

So, please... For Hircine's sake... Could anyone please tell me how to get those tweaks to work as intended ?
