I see your issue and ultimately without an asset I can manipulate I’m not able to help you. In my process the pubic hair has always been separate so I have been able to take it from other models, resize, reposition, recolor and associate it with the model in question. There are the pubic and half cut pubic mods in the group which are on the other characters available in the group and the mesh is separate for those or the landing strip I got from a model of Ann with its more realistic texture can be resized to achieve the effect you want..

I have had a quickish go at doing the resizing with Ann and an even quicker go with Makoto (taking the same mesh reassociating it and adjusting the position a little along with recoloring it). I have done it to standard models as I doubt the menu models would work outside of the menu (they were just red silhouettes before I added the different assets so will likely work differently to everything else) and neither can be seen more than topless in the menu. In Blender with the gfs plugin you should be able to import these models individually and resize, reposition the assets (the two test hand meshes at the bottom of the list) to how you want it.

Am I weird that I actually only want the Starlight Outfit so I can upskirt Ann? Lol, it's kind of weird seeing them all nude in every scene haha, I rather see nudity in a more appropriate circumstances in-game. Kind of like how P3R mods just allow skimpier outfits, just enough to remove the upskirt censorship.

Generally, since most users prefer skimpy mods, there end up being a lot of mods that show genitals (because mod creators are mod users themselves).  
So your opinion is probably just in the minority.  
That said, in this thread, I remember an earlier post like “Seems like modders aren’t interested in making miniskirt mods” got attacked pretty hard, so I think instead of posting here, it’s better to just DM the creators who make those more revealing mods.

I came here specifically to ask how to go and make all the normal models for daily life and out and about scenes to have clothes. I just want to be able to half nude them in the palaces and mementos and shit and have them still wear normal clothing elsewhere. nobody goes to school naked like cmon now

I agree. However, having followed this thread for quite some time, I'm simply stating that it seems there are no modders here who share this perspective.

I'm not blaming modders at all; I just think that, since there are no modders here with the same view, it might be better to either give up or, if such mods exist for other games—like P3R—ask the creators of those mods instead.

It's actually quite easy, after downloading the nude mods, just delete everything above the 50 inside the character folders. Metal ensure that only the metaverse costumes are the ones being for nakedness. Just an advisory though, certain costumes like the swimsuit worn during the beach scene and Hawaii, can be affected

So here's the mod instead! Title for finding: Persona 5R Nudism Dialogue Mod by D4Clovet.
Main story's done, but I wanted to keep the game's original atmosphere (no one irl is naked) so there really isn't THAT many dialogue changes, as characters don't usually discuss their Persona outfits. So dialogue edits are mostly just around first-time Persona transformations, embarrassments from running around naked in the Metaverse, some bosses dialogue changes (esp. Evil Sae), and adult humor jokes.

No dialogue edits after Sae's Palace, cuz I couldn't think of anything that suited the serious atmosphere of the final chapters. Also no edits for Kasumi+DLC related and any of the Confidant/romance events.

For those who just want to use the mod, just drag the Mods folder in the Reloaded-II folder. "Nude Mod" contains half-naked costumes for characters in the Metaverse, edit as you like. Optional Nudism folder (which can be deleted freely) is everyone naked, but incomplete/outdated from Glassic_sapphic's latest mods like half-naked Yukatas & Shadows.  Also download P5R: Custom Bonus Tweaks on GameBanana to see the nude costumes during cutscenes!!

For those who wish to edit the dialogue and complete this mod, all the best! I've left the dialogue-editing tool + Readme instructions inside. Hope someone completes it. The main thing to edit would be streamlining the fact that since Futaba is a Hikikomori, she's already naked irl. Some dialogues reflect this, some don't. Other than that its editing the Confidant + DLC-related events to complete this mod.

I could see the potential of a forced nudity / only one nude / embarrassed nude male scenario for this game's nudity reaction mod.

Considering that the protagonist was established to be punished with probation at the start of the game, what if his punishment was made more humiliating by mandating nudity as well? I think that'd be a fun way to justify why he'd be butt naked across the entire game even outside of the Metaverse.

Firstly I'd suggest going onto this page and working out which models you want to keep as standard and which ones you would like to replace;

It is listed by character and gives enough information to know what type of outfit it is or where it is used. Then as mentioned above remove all the files from the nude mod which you want to keep as standard and those ones won't be replaced. There is a half nude mod available which you should be able to find in the spreadsheet and finally I would suggest downloading GFD studio so you can preview the models outside of the game. Then just look through what has been created and what you want to have in your game.

Go ahead and make that dialogue mod! Just sharing my opinion:

Given the game's focus on cognitive dissonance, I think it'd be interesting to have the NPCs' common sense rewritten instead. Allowing the Protag to "be true to oneself" by walking around naked freely, with classmates dropping remarks like "so that's a penis..." Kasumi: "Senpai always looks gallant, even without clothes".
Something feels off to them, but they just ignore that nagging feeling. Eventually, everyone thinks its fine to just walk around naked, openly talking about their horny desires.

I feel its canon for Joker to have that "big-dick harem protagonist" swagger, so I gave all the SPH jokes to Ryuji in my mod. But if I ever work on this again, I was hoping to ask someone to create a mod that replaces Joker's prison uniform with a collar + chastity cage.

Hey all, been away from modding for a bit, but decided to pop back in, working on creating a new set of fem pc models separate from the work by akagamond. Love their mod and was glad to learn from it, but wanting to try something closer to the design of Ren Amamiya, just as a busty underdressed gal. Still working on my own skin textures, so this is just a preview for now, but getting close. I'm self taught when it comes to modelling and barely know what I'm doing, so trying to get weights to play nice on the coat with the more curvaceous body has been a trial,  but we're down to minimal clipping

It would be nice while Joker is on probation that he got forced to wear the chastity cage as a new test of reforming problem students and Joker being the first to get forced to be with the program. I'm not sure if I should make the dialogue in friendzone route of the girls more teasing type of Joker's situation and after the ending he's free. Him being free would be nice for a second until he noticed he got way smaller or can't get it up cause the

Would be nice if Joker would join the girl's bath house cause with the experiment he's required to go there as part of the test and for sph/Chastity humiliation also the girl's toilet in school. This part might take more work but it would be nice if the Personas in negotiation and fusion would mention Joker's situation.

Idea wise I can't stop thinking of new ones so I'm making this part separate for only the female Confidants and I might edit or write more of specific ones I can think of. They can be like when you bring them home or bringing them somewhere else/using their confidant abilities or after their 9th or in the 10 rank.

 

Party Confidants:

 

Ann: I feel like she would be the type to make Joker kinda girly or something and teasing about him being their on Ann's shot either as a girl or known femboy.

 

Makoto: With Makoto I feel like she would roleplay as she is being a cop and Joker being a robber/criminal. Like she would tease Joker about cuffing him on a pole or something or apprehending with cuffs behind his back and his chastity belt in plain sight in public.

 

Futaba: Maybe the chastity cage has like a tracker or having counter measures like alarms or similar to a shock collar or it shrinks. Futaba would toy with Joker until she either gets tired or forgets to turn off the alarm or turning of the shock/shrinking the cage or if Joker wears a collar and he gets knocked down and the police or the people with the program would restrain Joker while being edged all day/night until they are satisfied and sending videos/pics on the internet. Futaba would hack the website before anybody notices and she would save it as blackmail material for Joker or masturbation material. Maybe she was part of Joker's downfall in the beginning of the game and admitted him on the program or was with them all along.

Questions regarding porting skins to switch: Is porting the skins based on decreasing the resolution of the texture files? If so, can that be done with .DDS file editors such as Paint.net?

I'm aware that there was a tool referenced in the porting mods guide on Gamebanana, but I couldn't get that to work because of my laptop not being powerful enough. The only thing I tried was changing the size of the textures by 55-75% but some of the textures just showed up as being a black texture.

(Size reducing process done with the 'resize' tool on Paint.net) (Also wondering for mods in general, not just specific skins on here)

Previously, I only saw those black textures in GFD Studio, but a while ago I just wanted to see what would happen if I loaded the model into the game. (It just crashes when loading the model)

At the very least, I can edit simpler assets like the Attic Poster and the Decals for Mona Car. (Quick test with Lewd Ann Decal over Phantom Thieve Style Decal)

dude this looks amazing! I can only hope that at some point someone would do the same to the other male characters of the party...i think it would be interesting if that were the case.

Same as last time, I would recommend using the Costume Framework mod. It's the only way at the moment to make sure the Futaba EPLs play accordingly. I would also use Bonus Tweaks as it has a shader crash workaround for that problem I can't figure out how to fix. Seems its pretty common though. 

 

First up is the Cheerleader outfits.

 

I promised these ages ago, so its about time I held up that promise. I hope the person that requested it is still around and enjoys them.

 

Next up, the High-Cut Armor outfit from the P3 games.

 

Someone had already made the outfit earlier in this thread for Haru, but I thought everyone else should also join in. I also did the usual color coding to differentiate them.

 

And now what took me the longest, the Swimsuit outfit swaps.

 

This was an idea I had on a whim. It definitely seemed like a good idea on paper, but then you do the math and realize how many times I had to do this. I hope you enjoying matching outfits like I do.

 

Up next is an outfit using Namine's Dress from KH but with the transparency dialed up a bit.

 

Nothing complex, just a sundress and some shoes. I don't know what it is with transparent textures in this game, but it does seem to reflect very brightly in lit areas. If anyone has ever figured out a fix for it, please let me know, I'd like to update these.

 

Here's another apron outfit, but this one is the Leblanc Apron outfit!

 

After making the last apron outfits, I finally remembered there actually is an apron in-game and decided to just make these for consistency's sake. Canon and all that.

 

And finally, my try at a request I saw earlier, I plumped everyone up a bit in the right places and made the THICC outfits(?)!

 

There was an earlier version I made that was a little more subdued, but then I thought, "nah, we can go bigger." Even now, I think I could. Hopefully these are enjoyable enough though! The jiggle physics that are already baked into the Ann, Makoto, and Haru models works surprisingly well with these.

 

And for Futaba, of course there are animations to go with all of these:

 

The folder is already set up to just be dragged and dropped into your own CF mod folder, so it should be no hassle there. I hope you all enjoy this batch of new outfits!

Now for my request. I've taken the nude models and have tried my best to stretch and proportion them to better match the actual proportions of the characters in-game. I used the Demonica outfits as a base as those outfits are supposedly skin-tight by the look of it. I did this so the arms and legs don't look so noodle-y during some of the animations. However, the weight paint job I did was just a simple transfer and its definitely not good enough, especially when it comes to the hands of the models.

I would like to ask that a competent weight painter take the proportioned models I've posted and weight paint them better so that the animations actually look near-perfect when the models are ported into the game. Heck, if you think they can meet the proportions of the in-game models better, be my guest and fix that too. The plus to this would be that weight transferring across models would be a lot more consistent and it would be a lot easier to give skirts and dresses that flowing property found on the actual in-game models, but without the base nude and the cloth disjointing so much. It would help me a lot with the kit-bashing I've been doing and I would greatly appreciate it. I want to go back and fix some of the models I posted earlier, but this getting done would go a long way in helping me do that.
