Nightmare172 Posted August 4, 2025 Posted August 4, 2025 Speaking of the Kasumi as Protag mod, I was wondering if its possible to use angryempath's texture mod with the Kasumi as Protag nude mod. Or otherwise, whats the best way to make that happen.

I followed the instructions exactly as they said, but it still didn't work. Strangely, it works when I put it in the 'P5R: Custom Bonus Tweaks' file. On the Costume Framework page, there are 2 sections titled "Create a Mod" and "Adding a New Outfit." This will show you how to make a folder for you to store these costume mods in. You can just move them into another functioning mod that has costumes, but if those mods ever update, it will delete the costumes that were not originally native to it. By making your own mod folder for them, you can avoid this. Edited August 4, 2025 by Bohandles Quoted the wrong thing

Realized that with my current job and all my other fan projects, I really won't be able to work on this for quite a while. So here's the mod instead! Title for finding: Persona 5R Nudism Dialogue Mod by D4Clovet. Main story's done, but I wanted to keep the game's original atmosphere (no one irl is naked) so there really isn't THAT many dialogue changes, as characters don't usually discuss their Persona outfits. So dialogue edits are mostly just around first-time Persona transformations, embarrassments from running around naked in the Metaverse, some bosses dialogue changes (esp. Evil Sae), and adult humor jokes. No dialogue edits after Sae's Palace, cuz I couldn't think of anything that suited the serious atmosphere of the final chapters. Also no edits for Kasumi+DLC related and any of the Confidant/romance events. For those who just want to use the mod, just drag the Mods folder in the Reloaded-II folder. "Nude Mod" contains half-naked costumes for characters in the Metaverse, edit as you like. Optional Nudism folder (which can be deleted freely) is everyone naked, but incomplete/outdated from Glassic_sapphic's latest mods like half-naked Yukatas & Shadows. Also download P5R: Custom Bonus Tweaks on GameBanana to see the nude costumes during cutscenes!! For those who wish to edit the dialogue and complete this mod, all the best! I've left the dialogue-editing tool + Readme instructions inside. Hope someone completes it. The main thing to edit would be streamlining the fact that since Futaba is a Hikikomori, she's already naked irl. Some dialogues reflect this, some don't. Other than that its editing the Confidant + DLC-related events to complete this mod. Edit: Didn't realize LoversLab allowed such huge file uploads, would've placed more stuff inside. But here's a PixelDrain version of the exact same file. https://pixeldrain.com/u/9CU3XhPc Persona 5R Nudism Dialogue_D4Clovet.zipUnavailable Anyone to complete this or add more things? it had a lot potential

I was just trying to port an older mod to costume framework at the time trying that out and it just was refusing to function.

You'd need the Sumi skins in a Joker folder with a yaml file directing it to use slot_1. You can copy the yaml files from the other outfits that are provided and then just edit them to give it the proper file name and that'll work fine enough, but the Kasumi protagonist mod has her edited to actually look like Kasumi. The mole and the hair color. The nude mod and outfits mods will not retain that or anything, it'll literally just be putting the Sumire skins on her. Just figured this out with a bunch of trial and error and experimentation before coming here to see if someone had bothered to port all the Sumire outfits over to Protag!Kasumi yet. Which would be awesome, but I have no idea how much work it would take in Blender to swap the heads because I've never done any modeling work. In my brain that sounds simple, but if there's one rule of anything related to computers, it's that the simple-sounding tasks are the hardest. The first attempt to have a machine that identified what is in an image was like 50 years ago and they thought it would take a month. Honestly more than anything I just want the High-Cut Armor on Protag!Kasumi. I literally have had the same problem. Just planting them into any mod that's already working has been working out fine, but for some reason I just cannot get it to work otherwise. So it's been a while since I last visited so I'm not sure if the kasumi protagonist nude mod listed here is up to date or not. When you say copy the yaml files from other outfits, do you mean from Sumire's outfits? Also, doing it that way could you have both Kasumi and Sumire nude at the same time?

I think I might do the adoration stuff with Kasumi and maybe Haru and some others. text to make sense. Another one I planned is after Spoiler Kasumi's transformation she mentioned knowing it was Joker all along cause she had plenty of times seeing it. Edited August 10, 2025 by TheLegendaryRPG 3

I generally prefer Costume Framework packs over replacements since I like not having to reboot the game or painstakingly move files around to keep a normal outfit I don't want replaced. (As an aside, the thought of needing an entire extra mod just to stop a crash bugs me even if it's one I'd probably use anyway so I recommend just stealing shaders from existing party outfits or from any of the shader packs on gamebanana Would you mind pointing out some of these shader packs? I'd love to stop relying on another mod having a shader fix in order to properly use the costumes I'm putting together.

When you say copy the yaml files from other outfits, do you mean from Sumire's outfits? Also, doing it that way could you have both Kasumi and Sumire nude at the same time? No, copy it from a Kasumi as Protagonist outfit. Like, it comes with modified outfits for all the DLC outfits for her, which have the outfit file in the Joker character folder and then a folder with the same name as the outfit's file. Make a folder with the same name as the outfit you want to use, put both in the Joker folder just like that. Copy the yaml and put it in the folder. Open it in notepad, change the name listed to the name of the file. Kasumi as Protagonist outfits require setting Costume Framework to use slot_1 for Joker to use them, and the yaml file tells it to match to slot_1. Then you can have both. 1
straworm Posted August 16, 2025 Posted August 16, 2025 I am very much enjoying the outfits, but whenever the game tries to call Futaba's support animations the game freezes with the following error message. I have no idea what's going behind during the modding process, but it seems the files in the "Bind" folder are not called. I have just copy and pasted all the files to the P5RCBT costume folder. Do I need to rename some files or folders to make the animations work? On 10/22/2024 at 4:24 AM, Bohandles said: So after finishing up the last set of costumes, I went on a bit of a kick and created a few more and added a couple options more to some old ones. These will be uploaded in Costume Framework format, and I definitely recommend using that mod, especially for the stuff at the end. First up are additions to the Christmas Wrap outfits! I didn't notice the last one had Futaba's glasses missing so I fixed that. I made another version with her hairbun from the Yukata costumes because I thought it looked cute. I also gave Sumi her alternate hair styles for variety's sake. Next up are an alternative to the Bunnysuit Outfits! Now they have heels and tights! Futaba and Sumi get alt. hairstyles because it's easy enough. There's still a bit of clipping but I don't think its as egregious on these costumes. Just pretend the tights are ripping or something. I have also made an alternative to the Cowgirl outfits I uploaded before. I used a different model instead of the previous one since the other one took up like 10 times the file size and wanted to make a smaller version. I saw someone had wanted this and though it was simple enough, so here are the Pantyhose outfits! Kinda came out looking like just pants, but I hope its to their liking. Futaba doesn't natively have an outfit with just pantyhose, so I just copied Sumi's. I think it came out well enough. And my favorite of the batch, here are the Queen outfits! The suit without the spandex just looks good. It started off with just making it for one, but I then just made it for everyone. Took a while, but I really like how they came out. And finally, the reason I said you might want to use the CF mod. So once I saw the CBT mod doing it, I knew it was just a matter of figuring out how they were able to bind certain files to their animations. After a ton of experimenting, reverse engineering, and just persistence, I have finally figured out how to bind EPLs to outfits using the mod, which means... I can finally give you all the Futaba animations to go with the outfits! These are horrendously tedious to make, but it just wouldn't be right without them. They couldn't just make these a simple swap. Had to jump through like 10 hoops per, but I think it was worth it. On top of including one for each of the outfits, I also included the bare model ones (regualr hair and hair bun) in case you all just feel vanilla. Feel free to rename these to suit your needs, but just be aware: in order for the Futaba animations to work, the model name and the corresponding folder name in the mod must be the exact same, so just make sure you change both if you need to. I'm definitely going to chill out for a second on making more, but I hope you enjoy these! Costumes.rar 185.72 MB · 1,317 downloads

I would highly recommend looking at the CF Mod page and following the tutorial on how to make your own Costume mod folder (the "Create a Mod" and "Adding a New Outfit" sections), as it is possible an update to the CBT mod moved some files around. The problem with putting these costumes into another folder is that some things could be deleted or messed up when an update to that mod gets pushed. With your own personal Costume mod folder, that's something that can't happen, so there's no fear of anything being changed there.

All the EPLs need to stay in the Bind Folder and the BCD files need to stay in the folder associated with the costume. You also cannot rename the folders or the costumes as it desyncs them. Another question, are you running any other mods that change up the Futaba AOAs? It's possible they're using the same file numbers as I did and that might be causing some issues.

Bohandles Posted August 22, 2025 Posted August 22, 2025 I'd like to post a small request for anyone that's good at sculpting in 3D software. I have Sumi's model used during the awakening scene and would like someone to add anatomy to it. No big changes, just nipples and genitals. I tired it myself, but the model is kinda low poly and whenever I tried to increase the polygons, it came out looking blocky. I'd like to use this model as a base for making a new batch of "canon-looking" nude models for everyone else in the party, maybe a couple confidants too. The model will definitely need more polygons to sculpt it closer to those with 'fuller' assets. Hopefully someone is a lot better at this than I am, and I'd appreciate the help! Sumi Awakening.rar
