So I did just that and spliced some hands that were already rigged and it looked pretty good to me, so hopefully you all enjoy these too! Honestly, once I found that fix, these got cranked out in a couple hours and I was inspired to do a bonus set, too! So here's the promised P3D Race Queen outfits, at long last! My favorite bit about these was getting the glasses to work like glasses, instead of them just being solid colors. Also did a long hair Sumi for this one because I got the glasses to work and thought it would look cool with her actually wearing them. These outfits and the following set also seem to have some weird shading problem that I just could not figure out. If anyone knows how to fix it, please let me know so I can fix these. And because I was so excited from figuring out a fix to the hand problem, I also made these Half-Nude P3D Race Queen outfits! These and the following sets were made using jmedia7's nude models, so thanks to them for making these a possibility! I also made some other outfits during all that time I lagged on these, so I'll release them also. Here's the Bunny Suit Outfit! I know someone asked for this earlier, and I kind of got inspired to do it. Hopefully it's to their liking. Here's a Christmas Wrap Outfit! There's probably some clipping issues here, but they should be serviceable. Futaba's default pose caused a weight problem that took me a long minute to fix but hopefully it's all good now. This also taught me how to use the wrapping tool on blender which I'm sure will come in handy later. And finally, a simple Apron outfit! Hopefully these make up for taking so long to finish those first ones! I packed everything in Costume Framework format, so you're going to have to change some file names if you want to replace them the old way. Otherwise, I hope you all enjoy! Sonic-K Posted October 17, 2024 Posted October 17, 2024 Can anyone tell me which model number is used for Futaba's in battle cutscenes? Her shield in the battle vs her cognitive mother, her bomb attack, etc? I looked at the wiki and I thought I covered all her metaverse costumes, but I can't seem to figure out how to replace this one. I assumed it would be 106 (navigator cut-ins) but that doesn't seem to work. Tried replacing every single metaverse related model listed and still nothing.

So unfortunately, it is not that easy to change Futaba's battle scenes. They are separately packed into different animations called EPL files and they all use the default outfit. Its the reason that she's in her default outfit even when you use DLC outfits. It is possible to change the model being used, but it is a massive hassle.

The way you're describing it, it's likely out of my skill range, but out of curiosity, how would one go about replacing those models?

I haven't tried it though.

I have the appropriate settings of the mod on and the custom models will appear on cutscenes, but I guess the Futaba battle cutscene ones seem to have been individually made for the mod. I've turned on the 'no pre-render' settings and it works for everything else, just not the battle scenes. I've also tried moving and removing files to try and get them to work but I'm not sure what's stopping my models from appearing in those scenes. The mod words it like they should be able to.

So the files you are going to be looking for are: - BES_J_HTB (The buff cut-in) - BKSK_FUTABA_INTERNAL (The UFO part) - BKSK_FUTABA_CTE (The explosion part) These are located inside BATTLE>EVENT>BCD and then GOODBYE for the AOA and J_SIEN for the buffs.

Popular Post Bohandles Posted October 21, 2024 Popular Post Posted October 21, 2024 (edited) So after finishing up the last set of costumes, I went on a bit of a kick and created a few more and added a couple options more to some old ones. These will be uploaded in Costume Framework format, and I definitely recommend using that mod, especially for the stuff at the end. First up are additions to the Christmas Wrap outfits! I didn't notice the last one had Futaba's glasses missing so I fixed that. I made another version with her hairbun from the Yukata costumes because I thought it looked cute. I also gave Sumi her alternate hair styles for variety's sake. Next up are an alternative to the Bunnysuit Outfits! Now they have heels and tights! Futaba and Sumi get alt. hairstyles because it's easy enough. There's still a bit of clipping but I don't think its as egregious on these costumes. Just pretend the tights are ripping or something. I have also made an alternative to the Cowgirl outfits I uploaded before. I used a different model instead of the previous one since the other one took up like 10 times the file size and wanted to make a smaller version. I saw someone had wanted this and though it was simple enough, so here are the Pantyhose outfits! Kinda came out looking like just pants, but I hope its to their liking. Futaba doesn't natively have an outfit with just pantyhose, so I just copied Sumi's. I think it came out well enough. And my favorite of the batch, here are the Queen outfits! The suit without the spandex just looks good. It started off with just making it for one, but I then just made it for everyone. Took a while, but I really like how they came out. And finally, the reason I said you might want to use the CF mod. So once I saw the CBT mod doing it, I knew it was just a matter of figuring out how they were able to bind certain files to their animations. After a ton of experimenting, reverse engineering, and just persistence, I have finally figured out how to bind EPLs to outfits using the mod, which means... I can finally give you all the Futaba animations to go with the outfits! These are horrendously tedious to make, but it just wouldn't be right without them. They couldn't just make these a simple swap. Had to jump through like 10 hoops per, but I think it was worth it. On top of including one for each of the outfits, I also included the bare model ones (regualr hair and hair bun) in case you all just feel vanilla. Feel free to rename these to suit your needs, but just be aware: in order for the Futaba animations to work, the model name and the corresponding folder name in the mod must be the exact same, so just make sure you change both if you need to. I'm definitely going to chill out for a second on making more, but I hope you enjoy these! Costumes.rar Edited October 21, 2024 by Bohandles 34

Does anyone know how to figure out which events will reference a given .BIN asset? At the moment, I'm trying to locate an event for B008_120_00.BIN. 1
