vonDMaster Posted October 17, 2022 Posted October 17, 2022 (edited) Hi! My problem is that I used the Fem-Tsun Armor and bodyslide to remove the top part. It has zap functions included. It works, but when I got back into game it still maintains the original shape of the top part, like the armor is just invisible. (boobs squished and nipps gone). Any way to update the mesh or something to fix it? In bodyslide it looks correct, but not in game. Edited October 17, 2022 by vonDMaster
t.ara Posted October 17, 2022 Posted October 17, 2022 hi, maybe you need an upper naked or whole naked body, before you safe that edited project...and if you have loaded the reference-body and the armor is loaded, too (Can be done by adding it as a nif.-file, then you simply delete the top and then store the project...if you override it, you have to create the new morphs for exactly that clothing, so that it can appear in your game-and if you rename that project with a different name, you have to create an own small mod of it by loading the armor in a new project of creation-kit. As long you did not creat the morph-files, which are being read from CK, nothing can change ingame.
KoolHndLuke Posted October 17, 2022 Posted October 17, 2022 See.. that's what we get when MAs add a bunch of personal BS fuckery to their shit when it isn't even needed (and certainly not wanted). OP- I would suggest sticking with mods that add outfits in sets since they usually don't do shit like that and keep things fairly straightforward/simple.

I've not seen what you're describing since the days of TBBP but I'll try that armour with the bra zapped and see if I get the same.

All I ask is that they try and keep things simple for the noob user. It's not hard and many have always done it.

Just so you understand what the OP is talking about this is what you have taken to be some complicated outfit mod. Those Tick boxes tick boxes, when ticked, remove that mesh from the outfit. It was done to save users time and effort from using OutfitStudio or Nifskope to do this manually. I've never seen it do what the OP is talking about but then I will normally remove the lower parts of an armour and create a mash up with something else. I need to give this a try to see if it happens for me too.

To the OP- I freely admit that I could be wrong and the files are fine. But looking at the mod page and posts, It does look like it could be sort of a pain to make work. The MA did try to explain things as best they could, so my guess is that you may need to read over the instructions again and reinstall the mod. Would test this myself, but frankly... I just don't care to. Edited October 17, 2022 by KoolHndLuke
Mez558 Posted October 17, 2022 Posted October 17, 2022 @vonDMaster Tested the version I have (I think that the Tsun armour is available on it's own so you might not have the same version I have but I can't see it being all that different) and got no sort of deformation when equipping the armour with the Chest mesh "Zapped" Could you post an image of what is happening? First thing I would have said was Skeleton but I doubt your skeleton could be that out of date to cause this, I've used this remodeled for years. Just out of interest, I have assumed you are using LE but if you are using SE this might be better asked in the SE forum. I'm still using PE rather than SMP for the physics on my bodies so perhaps there would be some behaviour differences there.

Some suggestions : 1) When generating it in Bodyslide, make sure that the path indicated is the correct one. It only takes an error in compiling the path to not find it where it should be 2)Make sure ESP is enabled to create it the way you want it How to add parts in the armature , Read only the TES5Edit part , if the nif exists, the rest is not relevant . If,nif is not present in ESP, it will not be generated . The biggest problem is created with multi-coloured clothes. They often do not work and I usually generate them with TES5Edit As someone already said, it would be useful to provide some screenshots to make the problem obvious
