Creature Framework Initialization Help!

For starters, all my mods were somehow working well after the update until a few days ago.

 

I've tried everything I can possibly think of to fix this, but I noticed that horses no longer had erect genitals/genitals with physics and thought it was odd so I checked everything in my mcm and updated FNIS a couple of times, tried uninstalling recent mods that may have interfered with their dicks, the works. I, however, noticed that Creature Framework was stuck on initialization for whatever reason, see attached image. No matter how long I seem to wait, it doesn't finish. 

 

I really don't want to have to throw away my game progress on this playthrough just because my ocd can't handle that a horse (to my credit, among many other creatures) doesn't have his dick. But starting a new profile, everything seems to work.

 

Can anyone help me troubleshoot this? 

 

EDIT: Appearently, a new save doesn't work either: I just tried a new one.

EDIT: I GOT IT STABLE MOTHERFUCKERS BIG FLOPPY HORSE COCK IS BACK.
