you know, funnily enough, i just had a realization like 5 minutes ago that: yeah in hindsight the frame count prolly makes more sense than the pixel size, doesnt it, lmao. currently have the files open and am doing the patching right now, so im glad that theres confirmation on this (thanks btw!). Suppose thats what I get for diving head first into solo coding after having woken up literally like only a half hour earlier. "C'est la vie" i guess, lol

I never liked coding anyway. From what I've seen on Starbound, a lot of mods are made from people who just take the original assets and change it up. For code? Renaming, adding or removing something, changing the mechanics of an item in their upcoming mod, that sort of thing. It's all patchwork, honestly.

I'm already changing artwork for my one weapon someone helped to make for me, a mech weapon that insta-kills anything with a coherent beam you can fire as long as you want without depleting your energy reserves. I was thinking "Erchius eye but overkill" when I saw how weak the base weapons are.
