Home key teleports actor, Menu doesnt show up

When I press the Home key I get naked and glow in red, also nude people gets teleported with me but they dont do anything and the Menu doesnt show up

I tried to change my mod list but nothing really happends, i uninstalled Mods and its the same

Try disable mods untill you find what mod take this hotkey

Looks like you have an NPC using the Targeting HUD

Sounds like you have Dongs of Fallout installed.  That's an ancient Four-Play mod which would do that.  Uninstall it and install a modern male body replacer.
