Horse Mods for AE

Anyone recommend a horse mod for AE?  I discovered Convenient Horses simply will not function in my AE game. At all.

 

I use NFF. I don't have much experience of other horse mods. I usually have a group of 4 followers.

Interesting mods,might switch to them since convinient horses is pretty feature cluttering for my needs.. Most important question tho..

Thanks! Simple Horse - I'll check it out.  Have you tried SC Horses with it?

Did your Convenient Horse mod work in AE? My CH is completely non-functional. It's as if it was never loaded. I've run every check I can think of with no result; I think the ESP is missing some quest/script properties.

Yes

In fact it's quite virile too, made a request to @Sailing Rebel that when a horse bucks the player there's a chance the player gets screwed, but I guess he's busy either that or he's asleep on a hammock between two palm trees!

Sorry not tried SC Horses with it, theoretically it should work.

I ditched CH a long time ago, never looked back, CH seemed way too bulky to me.

I'm loving this framework but the only thing it does is giving Followers Horses. The Horses themselves are still useless without a Good overhaul. In terms of gameplay that is. But I'm still on the good old SE so I can't recommend any Horse mods myself. I would just go with Pinkflufs recommendation to make them usable

I've settled on Simple Horse with SC Horses to make them look less like dinosaurs. Thanks everyone!
