Penis for anyone in the male role of an animation?

I don't particularly want my female characters to be sporting wangs most of the time, but when they're in that role per the animation, I do. There's already an option for strap-on, but those are objects, not penii. What I'd really like is a fully operational schlong without it being a worn-strapon and that only appears on women in the male role. If I switch roles, the penis goes with. Whoever has it has the full breadth of Schlong control and reactive physics.

 

Is that possible? I keep looking for options, but none seem to work :(

Are you looking for something that switches it automatically, or just an equippable schlong for females? Because if its the latter, you can just use a futa schlong like TRX or ERF which you can add or remove manually as you please to your female character
