Bloodreign87 Posted September 3, 2022 Posted September 3, 2022 (edited) Hello to all! So, I'm rather new to modding games in general, and the list of animations and other mods on the WW (WickedWhims for Sims4) homepage is mindmelting to me. Is there anyone who has extensive experience and/or knowledge about which mods look and/or work the best and don't conflict with each other? Or is there a guide somewhere about which ones to get if you're looking for specific features? Thanks! Edited September 3, 2022 by Bloodreign87
Crashdown117 Posted September 3, 2022 Posted September 3, 2022 Hello and welcome to the community. Regarding the looks of things, just go by your personal taste. AFAIK, Better Body is still broken and unlikely to be fixed, but other body stuff like EVE or wild_guy's body details is well maintained and there's no problem with installing multiple body parts alongside each other. That's what the WW Body Selector is for, after all. Just make sure that you don't use any files with something like "default replacement" or "DR" in their names, as these can cause visual issues and conflicts with WW. Animations are the easiest part, just download them and put them into your Mods folder (or even better: create a sub-folder called something like "WWanims" for them). For getting started, you'll probably only need one or two packs from the Honorary and Veteran creators' sections, but this also more about personal taste than anything else. When it comes to the script mods and their features, you'll definitely want MC Command Center, because it gives you easy access to many cheats and hidden game settings, while also providing you with better error logging in case things go wrong. The other mods listed there add new gameplay features like drugs (Basemental Drugs, obviously) or prostitution (Wicked Perversions, also has some kinky fantasy stuff). They all work well alongside each other, as long as their versions match and a game patch doesn't break them. The only thing to be careful about here is dependencies, like Wicked Pervs requiring WW or WW strip clubs requiring the "Get To Work" Expansion Pack. In general, it is a good idea to create sub-folders within your Mods folder and keep things organized in there. Best practice (or so I've been told, and do it myself) is to have one sub-folder for every major mod like WW and MCCC, as well as some for different types of other custom content (e.g. clothes, furniture, WW animations,...). Keep in mind that everything containing a .ts4script file (e.g. the mod files for WW) can only be one level of sub-folders deep (or directly inside the Mods folder itself), as it won't be read properly by the game otherwise. Something like "Mods/WickedWhims" will work, something like "Mods/Sex/WickedWhims" will not.

It's much appreciated! ^-^ Would you happen to know if there is a specific mod that applies actual physics to the genitals? Like making the labia actually spread open to make room for a penis or a an erection animation that shows a penis going from soft to hard... Anything like that? That's one of the key things I'm looking for, Just for the sake of realism and immersion. Would the MCCC have options for that?
Crashdown117 Posted September 3, 2022 Posted September 3, 2022 MCCC does not have options for any of that, it only deals with vanilla game stuff. It allows you to tweak a lot of things about the game, but nothing about physics. What you are looking for can be partially achieved with WW (more detailed and animated lower body parts were introduced only recently). There are also some animations showing what you describe in terms of erection and penetration, but I'm drawing a blank on any names right now. Sorry. Another mod that brings some physics into the game is "Bouncing Sim Boobies", which does exactly what it says, but only for vanilla animations. WW animations usually include breast movement anyway these days, so that's no big deal. It's a bit of an older mod, but it still works perfectly fine in my game (latest version). https://www.loverslab.com/topic/83498-bouncing-sim-boobies-updated-7112021/ Finally, there's "Real-Time Body Physics", but that mod is described as "highly experimental" and "use at your own risk". Personally, I'm definitely keeping an eye on it, as it looks very promising - but I'll wait for something that's closer to a full release and less of a preview/alpha (mainly because my last two game repairs took forever). https://www.loverslab.com/files/file/14085-real-time-body-physics/
