You mean Pubic, I guess? To me that looks like Leyanda. Which had a lot of options. Definitely looks like a texture and not a mesh.

Anyhow, just looked through the options for Leyenda (for CBBE if that matters). I guess they're kinda close but I'd say no match. Edit: Agree that it's a texture though. Potentially 8K even? I think I'd personally go through all BHUNP (UNP/UUNP) textures and see if one matches the overall look of the skin, then look into the hair options for a match.
