You mean Pubic, I guess?

 

To me that looks like Leyanda. Which had a lot of options. Definitely looks like a texture and not a mesh.

Depends on the armor, or lack of...

 

Anyhow, just looked through the options for Leyenda (for CBBE if that matters). I guess they're kinda close but I'd say no match.

 

Edit: Agree that it's a texture though. Potentially 8K even? I think I'd personally go through all BHUNP (UNP/UUNP) textures and see if one matches the overall look of the skin, then look into the hair options for a match.

I think it might be the "Classic 04" style from AK's RM Overlay mod.

Hmm, I'm not sure. The one on the picture is way more detailed. It also look a bit rounder?
