NVSE v0?

Greetings all. I started a new playthough today to test if I could get New Vegas running with Sexout(I quit playing a while back because I couldn't get the game to run anymore without CTD-ing). As I was running through the tutorial opening with Doc Mitchel, I got a message: "Sexout needs NVSE v1 (v1.1?) you have v0."

I was sure I updated NVSE when I installed Sexout before. Is this a bug or do I need to update?
