An in DibellasWatch is a Tavern/Brothel with sex dancer and if you rent a room you get a private dancer.  ( No Lovers Mod , so no real sex )

Incidentally, there still exists the Dancer Strip Tease mod for Shivering Isles, which makes the dancer in the Isles (when you beat the whole DLC) remove her garments before actually dancing on command.  I just did a search for "Strip" in nexus.

 

However, I also found a Nexus Mods MOD named ATROPA (yes, it is all caps in its name), and brandishes itself as a place to eat, drink (drug/alcohol references), dance and has some real beauties... supposedly NC-17 content.  Vampires are welcome.
