I'm having this issue where the following notification keeps appearing every 5 seconds in any save (even the clear ones). Any tips on how to disable it or what mod is it from? My mod list is in the images below

Looks like you really need to learn how to use MO2(?) and how to mod Skyrim.

Can we get something less passive agressive and more fruitful, per chance?

One of these DD mods for sure. You'll need to go back to their respective mod pages and check which one would add such feature, or wait until someone recognizes the exact message and tells you.

That being said, that modlist is a mess and I wouldn't play a single minute with it. Good luck with this and all the future problems you'll find.

How can I fix my modlist then?

  • All the unmanaged mods are files installed outside of MO (from a previous install or modding setup using a different mod manager? or you manually installing things outside of MO?). These should simply not be there. If you installed them manually don't do that, undo that. If you were using a different mod manager you'll need to uninstall these mods using that other mod manager (and hope you get every file removed) or do a clean install of the entire game (and reinstall any files like ENB and SKSE or similar files outside of \data that you had before).
  • All the gray lighting bolts indicate redundant mods (aka another mod lower in the modlist is overwriting every file from that mod). So they're not needed, not being used, or another mod is overwriting these mods unintended.
  • Your modlist should be organized around the fact that mods on the top can be overwritten by mods below. This is why having 25 unmanaged mods before the DLC ones is astonishing. You also have other more specific instances of mods in the wrong order, like XPMSE above SOS (if you got the SOS skeletons then you're not using the XPMSE ones, which is known to cause problems with certain mods). I'm sure you could find more things in the wrong place.

And most of your mods have the installed date time instead of the installed version so I can imagine checking for updates is a nightmare. For most mods downloaded from the nexus (using the download with mod manager button which should be integrated to your MO2) this should be done automatically.

Step 1 - as has already been intimated by Just Don't, learn how to use your mod manager of choice.

Step 2 - read/watch one or more of the many guides on how to mod Skyrim and it's constituent parts.

Step 3 - don't install a ton of mods in one go. Do a handful at a time as it makes trouble-shooting far simpler.

Step 4 - read a mod's description page so that you get an idea of a: what the mod does and doesn't do and b: whether there are any potential conflicts or incompatibilities with other mods.

Srep 5 - if the mod has an MCM, have a look at it and glean an idea of what the mod can do for you and if it needs tweaking to make it better for you.
