How to make skin oilly/glossy in Oblivion?

In Skyrim I can open the body mesh file and edit specular and glossiness level to make the skin glossy but I don't know if it will work in Oblivion. I'm using Modified FF Race

a nif is a nif  you can do the same in oblivion.

 

Most people do it like this

 

Ambient Color   0.930   0.830   0.810

Diffuse Color     0.930   0.830   0.810

Specular Color      0        0         0

Emissive Color      0        0         0

Gloss 100 or more

 

 

And you can sett gloss for a whole folder ( It only set Gloss )

And some textures replacer offers wet/gloss normal maps ( they call it Oiled )

Normally setting gloss to >= 100 is enough.

I liked using glossmax as you could do your whole oblivion game folder in one shot.
