It was working a few days ago and I can't think of anything have changed. does this sound familiar so I can fix it... start MO2, start bodyslide from the 'run' menu, I can see the bodyslide icon on the task bar, but nothing happen when I click on it.

A Windows update may have changed/restricted the rights/access rights to BodySlide.

Varithina Posted July 12, 2022 Posted July 12, 2022 If you have not already done so try rebooting, one of the things I have noticed over the past year or so is that windows 10 will do updates in the background, not tell you that it needs to reboot even though it does, how I noticed it was games and other stuff doing odd things with no reason, things like this in fact, or games that were fine the day before suddenly having graphics or sound glitches, or simply not running, even though nothing has changed since I played them the day before. The only way I can think of to stop it is to disable the automatic updates on windows itself, then say every week go in and do a check for updates manually, then update and reboot afterwards even if windows does not say to update.
NotKinkyEnough Posted July 12, 2022 Author Posted July 12, 2022 tried rebooting, tried jimmying the windows defender settings, still the same. why does windows fuck me like this I just want to carry on doing what I did last week and I've been doing for months and years, whyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy edit - so someone on reddit said it might be I have too many outfits, I removed a mod and it works. I had no idea bodyslide had a limit! soz everyone, and apologies to bill gates, it wasn't you this time (but usually it is) another edit - anyone else who has this problem, just make a new profile in mo2, only activate the new mod you want to build or look at, so you are never over the BS BS limit and can find your new stuff easier in the menus
