I finally found time to take this for a spin now that there's a patch for baka gaijin like me, amazing work! It's insanely addictive and well balanced; took me numerous tries just to complete the first tunnel, but failing at it can often be more exciting than succeeding. ?  While I know the English patch isn't 100% complete, there's more than enough translated now for the game to be entirely playable (and very, very fun too) even for those of us with no proficiency in Japanese.

 

A few observations:

1. The English description of the Strange Pack is vague, and should probably mention that it is the uncensoring/unblurring patch.
2. During the prone refractory period after a creampie, it seems like "breath" and "give up" options could be made available (also some skills which aren't relevant shouldn't be selectable at that time, for example "vitality drain" and the untranslated one for holding back orgasms, this was likely an oversight).
3. "Elite failed experiments" switch from purple to red and back again for some of the stages of their sex animations, even though their genitals stay purple the entire time.
4. A minor mistake in the English translation: you use the term "breath" in some places where "breathe" would be more appropriate (action menu, skill descriptions, birth scene narration...).
5. When picking up a doughnut, below the picture it incorrectly shows the name and icon for chocolate instead (but still has the correct description for the doughnut).
6. Apples are extremely hard to come by, but perhaps this is by design? I've discovered only one kind of very rare random encounter which sometimes supplies one, but I can only get it to occur in maybe 20% of runs through the one tunnel where it appears, and half the time I get the bad result (attacked) instead.

 

Things I'd love to see in the future:

• Finishing the English translation (there's still some non-critical messages, descriptions and names in Japanese, as well as a few that are entirely blank)
• Better controller support (I'd like to be able to swap buttons around, and to use the directional pad instead of the analog stick for navigating menus)
