Lastly a mod that makes a sim act like a dog.

With DD: Pet Play >> Leash the sim. If you want to do this manually you may want to assign the werewolf walk style to the sim. Not sure whether S4CL supports it already. In any case the High Heels mod does allow this. 'o19.walk' should print a help message. 'o19.walk.list' should print the available walk styles and with the werewolf DLC installed you may locate the right one.
