That is not a problem at all. Some mods specific male or female animations in which case you have to tick the box. You do not have any so you do not need the box ticked.

This is what mine looked like.

Skeleton(hkx) female: XPMS2HDT (126 bones)   male: XPMS2HDT (126 bones)
Patch: "GENDER Specific Animations"
Patch: "SKELETON Arm Fix"

All Anim Lists scanned. Generating Behavior Files....
No GENDER directory male
 19 GENDER modifications for Animations\female

Using one of the guides I posted might be a good idea before you start bandying around the word 'stupid'.

Have you done anything about the 99 bones issue yet or are you still convinced that the problem is nothing to do with you?

---------------------

This is still wrong. The older version of XPMSE did not show 99 bones and the OP has said they are using the latest version.

I have no idea what you mean by 'bloated installation' - never heard the term before. FNIS gives a specific warning if it is run from a location it does not expect.

Good morning all, no I am trying to solve this problem of the bones but I still cant find a way to solve it.

Yeah that way looked mine before all this happened too.

So this is MO2, same idea as MO1 if that's what you're using.  Right now I don't have Skyrim installed, but the idea is the same.

Just to back up and start at the beginning, did you install FNIS by clicking on the gears icon on the top left of Mod Organizer?

When you went to run FNIS, did you run it from the top right of MO, where you can see my FO4Edit icon?

Yes I installed and run FNIS from MO2 I have done this Installation before so I dont know why it is giving this error now

And are you going to do anything about it in this lifetime or are you just going to look at it until it goes away?

Did you start FNIS from MO2? Looks like you started it from the desktop shortcut

Another thing is that my Mods Folder goes to this LocalApps folder that is hidden within the User's folder I dont know if this could be a problem too?

This happened after I installed the latest versión of MO before that my Mods Folder always kept in the same MO folder as it used to be

They are on the first page of this thread just below a link to another guide by somebody else.

Have you had the wit to try reinstalling XPMSE and letting it overwrite everything?

Uncle Todd do use some voodoo stuff, but from what you wrote and from that screenshot, most likely your installation is messed - Steam, MO and all the rest - double check that...

And DO NOT move anything by hand after install, you'll mess the registry.

I'm thinking re-installing all and then use potable version of MO

Portable version is usually the right choice... and avoid to install game related stuff in C drive - even Steam is better to be installed on different partition... just my saying... good luck.

you need to fix your install path first...also make sure you installed the right version of fnis.

My path is all right, I don't know what can be the problem

You are on the right path (and may the force always be with you) but obviously something is not right... The only reason (beside dark side lurking somewhere) can be bad install or missing requirements - because FNIS is working as intended on many other computers...
