New Ragdoll very strange glitch/bug with character. PLEASE HELP

[adrithealien]

Idk whats going on, I think skyrim thinks my character is dead. I keep ragdolling and flopping around like this. I have modded for years and am very skilled at it so this is very strange to me since this has literally NEVER happened to me before. I tried the resurrect command and only works for like 2 seconds just for the problem to persist.
