Looking for this specific collar. It was in both Skyrim LE and SE.

Black and red heavy collar with stylized lettering on the metal plate on front of the collar with a very large ring set into the front of the collar.  Trying to remember/find out what mod it's from as I recently redid my Skyrim SE game.  As I had that collar in my old LE game as well, I'm posting here as well.   It was listed as "Heavy Collar" in console.

Possibly included in the Devious Devices series.

Well it originally made its appearance in SkyrimLE in Deviously Cursed Loot.

 

However it may have been shuffled around since then not sure....And no idea about SSE version, I imagine it will be in DCL also but hey even then you dont have a lot of searching to do as far as I understand there is only 1 download for SSE containing both Assets and Expansion now.

You are most certainly right about DCL, I am almost 70% Sure I've seen it in Crused Loot for SE. Had to uninstall it pretty quick but i scrolled through most of it's Items and i think i've only seen it there. It is not in the basic DD Mods. Of that i am sure.
