Celedhring Posted July 2, 2022 Posted July 2, 2022 It appears as a ornate black and red heavy collar with stylized lettering with a very large ring set in the front of the collar. I'm trying to find the mod that the collar is from as I rebuilt my Skyrim SE game not long ago.

chaimhewast Posted July 2, 2022 Posted July 2, 2022 It's also in Dasha's Devious Toys, which is the mod that Cursed Loot got the model from. EDIT: Looks like that mod is out-of-date though, and needs some modifications to work with modern Devious Devices.
