Does anyone know Sofia's body slide location?

I want my dragonborn to look like sofia from the follower mod and I'm trying to find her bodyslide to copy. What I mean by bodyslide is to pretty much recreate her as a playable character I.E recreate her face and hair ETC ETC. I've tried some mind control mods to try and circumvent this, but it wasn't as I had hoped. I hope that there is a way to copy her a PC because guesstimating is gonna be a pain in the ass. This is what she looks like BTW.

you're looking for her Pre-set.

All that information will be in the folder for her.

Bear in mind that you are going to need all the mods that the original author (John Jarvis) used assets from in order for you to make a pre-set for your own character.

In the folder DATA/meshes/actors/character/facegendata/facegeom, there should be her file.  Copy the .nif file in it, rename it (ex. Sophia), and paste it to DATA/SKSE/plugins/chargen.

Do the exact same for textures/actors/character/facegendata/facegeom/facetint.  It'll be a .dds.  Rename, and paste it to the same place.

Now in Racemenu under sculpt she should be there (load the face).   You'll want to add mask to the bottom of the neck first, or you'll get a seam.  Then exit sculpt, and voila.  Sophia, if you did it right. :)

I can't find the DATA/meshes/actors or the textures/actors/character folder. What folder directory should I go through to find them? Everything else you described sounds easy enough to do, but I'm an amature at this kind of stuff. I moved my games out of the default steam directory path and moved it to C:\Users\(my name)\Games\steamapps\common\SSE. Should I look through this, C:\Users\(my name)\AppData\Local\ModOrganizer\SSE or C:\Modding\MO2 to find those folders? Do I have to use sseedit to find those folders? Thank you for the all the help you've given me so far, I appreciate it.

EDIT: I found a textures\actors\characters in C:\Users\(my name)\AppData\Local\ModOrganizer\Skyrim Special Edition\mods\Caliente's Beautiful Bodies Enhancer -CBBE-\textures\actors\character, but theres no facegendata/facegeom/facetint file there. I tried typing facegendata/facegeom/facetint at the end to view it, but there was no file afterwards.

If you're using MO2 you need to find the mod in MO left pane, right click and Open in Explorer (or manually go to \MO2\mods\<name of the sofia mod>) to see the mod files. If you installed the BSA version you'll need to unpack it:

In the right side of MO go to Archives, find the BSA, right click and choose a folder to extract it (if you point it to the same \mo2\mods\<name of the sofia mod> it should be ready to be used by your game from now on instead of the BSA, you can either keep the BSA or delete it, it doesn't matter tbh).

(example with SkyUI_SE.bsa)

You can also get the loose file version from the download page. All of this is assuming you have only the default Sofia the funny voiced follower mod, if you have other mods altering her appearance you should look into these mods too to get the files Fiend71 mentioned.

And I think that'd be for the face. Her body files are \mo2\mods\<name of the sofia mod>\meshes\actors\character\sofia\*.nif (all the body nif files you see there) and same path but ...\textures instead of meshes. But these are the end result (nif) files, there are no bodyslide files to recreate her body shape, at least not in the default mod.

Yes sorry.  It's your C:/users/<you>/games/steamapps/common/SSE/data/...  then the meshes, textures, and SKSE folders are all there.

Just Don't makes a good point about the body.  If you're wanting a "special body", you'll have do that.  Otherwise she'll just use your default one, but you can make her look however you want in racemenu. :)  This works for any follower.  I've done it myself a few times.

I use Vortex, so that hurts my head..lol

I tried using that path, but I don't have an SKSE folder in the data folder. I think I have it unpacked in the main directory of SSE, but it works so idk if I messed up on my part. And I misspoke earlier. I just need the way her head looks. I got her body size and proportions using .5 weight in racemenu after changing both low and high weights in bodyslide.

Ok, I think I followed your instructions perfectly. C:\Users\(my name)\AppData\Local\ModOrganizer\Skyrim Special Edition\mods\Sofia - The Funny Fully Voiced Follower\textures\actors\character\facegendata\facetint\sofiafollower.esp. Do I copy and paste the sofiafollower.esp into where ever the import/export face sculpt is for racemenu. All the files in the sofiafollower.esp are .dds files so I think I'm on the right track. And I misspoke earlier. I just need the way her head looks. I got her body size and proportions using .5 weight in racemenu after changing both low and high weights in bodyslide. I think I'm almost done with this face copying thing, all I need to do now is just paste the sofiafollower.esp into the face sculpt folder and import it to my character and I'm done. If I'm wrong on anything please tell me because I'm out of my depth here.

I've never done this with that follower in particular, but go with what Fiend was saying. You'll need to copy the nif (meshes) and dds (textures) files from \facegendata\facegeom in the sofia mod into a new mod (in the left pane of MO, right click in an empty space and select "Create empty mod") and create the following folders: SKSE\Plugins\Chargen. Then paste the files in there. I'm not sure which specific nif and dds files you'd need though (I'm only previewing the mod content and I see several files in the facegeom folders).

Which dds and nif file should I copy? theres 8 dds and nif files, do I compact them all together somehow?

Don't do that.

That's just the Sofia folder?  Not all your followers?  8 is a lot for one actor.  Never had that.  Typically it's a simple alpha-numeric one for both the .nif and .dds.  That's  why they should be renamed.

My main desktop with my files is OOS ATM, so I can't even look.

Are you able to post a screenshot of what you see?

If the location of your SKSE is working, I'd leave it.  Still paste in there though.

EDIT:  Try 000012C4.nif and 000012C4.dds.  Just checked the loose files on the Nexus page.  Those would be the ones I'd try.
