pekani Posted June 13, 2022 Posted June 13, 2022 If your sim is an elder and has the buff 'Dangerously Tired' from execise, they will die if they woohoo, that's the only instance I know of.

I never tried this and one may also want to have an animation for this which may be harder to get. One may also write a mod, inject into the orgasm function, and let the sim have a Happy End.
MrGrey Posted June 14, 2022 Posted June 14, 2022 Would be nice. The ghost of the sim who underwent death by woohoo would either have the "eternal erect" if they pee standing up, or "forever wet" if they don't.
