This game has been notoriously bad when it comes to crashing, I haven't touched the game in over two years so I have no idea about if the newer mods cause as many crashes but I do know that it was common before when it was modded at all and crashes were common.

I uninstalled, deleted everything, and reinstalled the game fresh and the game still always crashed at the same spot in chapter 4 right after you picked who to partner with when the team split up to investigate BLAZE. There's no way to get past and progress the game beyond this. Either my save was corrupted from using the mod (I used nopan and nude school swimsuit) or there's something in my computer that the game doesn't like. Weird that it waited until chapter 4 to act up.

Do any of these have the unskirt mods? The one Amorrow posted ages ago seems to only be for 3Dmigoto instead of a PKG/DLC item mod.

No, those mods were for 3dmigoto as you said, and weren't converted to PKG form.

 

You should be able to run both mods together though for the sake of the npcs, iirc.

Yeah; no company has decided to have an English localized version as for right now if I recalled.

 

So we will have no mods for Kyoto Xanadu unless Lakovic has any interest in making one.  Of which I doubt he will.

I used your PAC unpacker to unpack this game. I unpacked the model.pac file, which is an MDL file. I didn't unpack the image.pac file, but it should be the same as in Trails in the Sky 1st，the unpacked image pac file is in DDS format.
