Hello everyone, Mystere here to introduce a mod compilation of outfits and cosmetics made for Tokyo Xanadu.
Introducing "Nomad Boutique", a collection of DLC packs containing outfits and accessories for characters in the game!

Nomad aims to have everything installed with no item ID conflicts.
It does not replace any stock game items or DLC content.
There is a great focus on having every feature and DLC pack optional.  You can pick and choose what to install and leave the stuff out that you don't want.

Models are tested thoroughly to fix issues with textures, skin clipping, weighting, animations, functionality, and game crashing bugs.
Under no circumstances will models be removed from Nomad.  They will always be available for all to have.

Content Layout:
The first download folder to check out is the "Kokonoe Shrine Omamori".  This contains all non-cosmetic related changes to the game.  There is a ReadMe describing all the features.  Read it over to understand what you are installing.  This document will detail everything you need to know about all of the "optional" packs in this folder.

All of the "Extra Outfit Packs" are SFW (with the exception of certain swimsuits, but these are publicly acceptable at a beach, so they go here).
HOT SHOT X contains lewds.  These are a collection of sexy outfits. (NSFW)
HOT SHOT XX contains super lewds.  These models fully expose bras, panties, and/or both. (NSFW)
HOT SHOT XXX contains full on nudity.  If nips or lips are visible, those go here. (NSFW)

Compatibility:
If you have other mods installed, be sure to use the "dlc_conflict_resolver" script.

What you will Find:
DLC outfits freely released by modders in the past.
Fan recreations of certain outfits and looks.

What you will Not Find:
No DLC you have to purchase for the game.  You may find fan recreations that closely resemble some of it.
Anything put behind a paywall.  But again, fan recreations that could closely resemble something put behind a paywall is present.  Anything put behind a paywall is against LoversLab TOS.

From amorrow28, nudes and No-pan models.  Previous releases here:

Final Thoughts:
Nomad is updated regularly.  Check back often for the latest updates and additions.

Enjoy!!!

Is there any way to make it available on the switch version?

Sorry, would you be able to make a full install tutorial as to how to get the costumes up and running? The Kokonoe document is a bit vague and didn't seem to work for me.

I'm guessing that this mod requires the SenPatcher since it was mentioned in the Reverie post, but v1.1.1 doesn't seem to have the ability to patch TXe+ because it didn't download with an appropriately named folder and doesn't mention it in the latest release.

Edit: Small update to this: The SenPatcher github has been updated very recently to acknowledge patching compatibility with TXe+, so my guess is that a new release is incoming. I'll be patient then try again when it does (hopefully very soon)

Recent Updates:

SenPatcher 1.2 was just released.  Tokyo Xanadu packs have been uplifted to be packed in P3A format so they can be cleanly installed into the "mods" folder.

The main post was updated with these details.  Be sure to read about the latest SenPatcher version.  It is now required to use Nomad Boutique.

The Kokonoe Shrine Omamori ReadMe has also been updated with details about SenPatcher.  Look at the "Proper Mod Installation" section to understand more about P3A packages and how to manage all of this content in the new "order.txt" file within the "mods" folder.

DLC Updates:

Sandals fixed for all swimsuits in Angelic Summer.

Fixed INF issue with Asuka's short hair swimsuit model.

Be sure to check latest timestamps on the packs to ensure you download the latest.

Yep, I got it working now. For anyone following this, download the SenPatcher and follow the instructions from both it and the Nomad Boutique folder.

One request I'd like to make is if you can upload a separate mod, different from the boutique files, to replace the existing models of the girls with their no panties version (both barefoot and not) using the SenPatcher format. A problem that new players will encounter is that they won't be able to 'equip' said versions to the girls until they join as party members, and it also discounts the ability to see them pantyless for special costumes like Sora's Gi and Rion's idol outfit. So a mod that auto replaces the models would be ideal.

I'm used to doing this with .pkg style files, but .p3a is completely new to me. If that small change could be made, or a tutorial on how to make .p3a mods could be given, then that'd be ideal.

EDIT: See below post.

I managed to figure out how the Sentools patcher works and I was thus able to make my mod ideas a reality!

Below is a .zip that contains three different NSFW filesets based on @amorrow28's nude mods from here:

The three filesets are No Panties, No Panties Barefoot, and Full Nude, and come with a .p3a version so they are compatible with the SenPatcher modloader, or .pkg (with the exception of No panties, which you can get from amorrow linked above). so you can use the modding style you prefer.

To include mods in the modloader, put the respective .p3a file in the "mods" folder in your game's directory (if you have the .exe patched by SenPatcher, one will automatically be created upon next start of the game). Mods will automatically be installed the next time you start the game. p3a files on the top of "order.txt" have priority over the ones below. Keep in mind, you cannot mix and match p3a and pkg files; the SenPatcher will always override a pkg file if they affect the same costume.

The mods work as costume replacers, so unlike the Nomad Boutique DLC mods, they will apply to each of the girls' regular costumes throughout the game without any equipping necessary. This is especially useful for Mitsuki and Rion, who don't join the party until someways into the game. Full Nude is useful for Towa and Shiori to ensure they're always naked, since you can't equip any costumes to them.

The explanation of each fileset is as follows:

  • No Panties: a p3a file version of amorrow's original pantyless mod, as linked above
  • No Panties Barefoot: Similar to above, but the indoor costumes replace the outdoor costumes where applicable (school uniform, summer uniform, and casual outfit respectively). This will make the girls walk around barefoot for most of the game.
  • Full Nude: Applies one of the nude .pkgs to all the non-dlc costumes in the game. This will mean the girls will be naked, and always be naked no matter what costume they appear in (sans the dlc outfits).

Explanation as to how I did this (for anyone who cares):

Spoiler

The SenPatcher includes an .exe called "Sentools" that can be used to make .p3a files. All the p3a files included here are just .pkg files in a folder, which is then packed into a .p3a file. It's really that simple!

Hope everyone enjoys!

Excellent work!  Thanks for taking the time to put these together.  They are well organized and we thought it would be great to just include them into Nomad as optional injection mods, so we made them available out there now under HOT SHOT XXX.  They have just been slightly renamed to make them more self-explanatory and distinguishable.

We have updated the credits in the original post to include you for your contributions.  Great job on these!

Hey, glad to be of assistance! Awesome to be part of the modpack as well.

Thank Falcom for making their games so mod-able too, I guess.

Okay, sorry I just don't get this. I patched the game using Senpatcher, and in-game it says there are 860-something files modified, but I don't see any of these packs in my inventory.

Here's what my order.txt looks like:

putting Kokonoe shrine at the bottom doesn't help either.

You might want to try deleting all the DLCs, starting the game to clear your mod loader, then using the order.txt that's embedded into the Omamori Readme.docx

Hey, sorry to ask. Is there a switch version of this?

I think the tokyo xanadu normal version in vita had one too but i kinda forgot where

who knows… just try it. Nobody knows if it works, but SeeTheBridges figured it out for cold steel 3 (same engine) and wrote a tutorial here.

Always scroll down to the bottom of the DLC page because that's where the injected dlc appears. Other than that, I can only suggest putting the kokonoe shrine mod at the bottom of the modloader, then trying again.

Looks like the DLC hook isn’t working for you. Make sure your game is fully up to date on Steam or GoG. Senpatcher is very specific, it does not support old (or pirated) versions because the .exe injection points are different.

Here's what the bottom of my DLC inventory looks like, I didn't use everything up so that's why some things are white and some are greyed out.

This was after verifying the integrity of the game files (and also making sure senpatcher still works) and putting Kokonoe Shrine at the bottom of the order.txt.

shoot, you will need to ask phantom thief. I’m not sure how senpatcher works exactly, but when I originally modified the exe for dlc, a whole bunch of random Japanese language dlc showed up, even before adding a single P3A. Senpatcher might not do that though.

One thing that you can try is first verifying that your senpatcher mods are working at all. Try using one of the injection mods (either mine or from the other mods) and see if the appropriate characters are changed.

If they are, then there's something wrong with your dlc mod. If they're not, you need to repatch your .exe with the senpatcher again.

The Nomad Boutique mod appears to have been deleted alongside all the other Senpatcher mods. I am uploading a backup here, but will delete this post if the mods ever are to come back.

All the original Nomad Boutique files should be here, which is all the costumes except the injection files I made, which you can find from another post I have above.

Since the files are too large by themselves to be posted in one go, I'll be splitting them up into different posts. This is Post 1

1. Kokonoe Shrine Omamori.zip 2. Extra Outfit Packs.zip

Anyone has crashing problem with this game? I tried turning off all mods and it still always crash in chapter 4, right after the team split up.
