I'm not sure what the combination of the mods are nor can I identify each mods present in it,

or it could be possible that its a player model.

 

I would like, for once, to have a young character roaming around in Skyrim.

 I'm looking for a mod that will make underwater Clear even while using ENB, I loved taking underwater screenshots in Oblivion but it seems Skyrim likes it blurry. I have been looking through the Nexus and online and all I can find is greenwater fixes and realistic blurring.

There was a modification for the child races that was kicking around a while back. It had support for whatever body you had installed by default; CBBE, UNP, whatever. And if I remember correctly, it also added child races for the elven and beast races.

 

Currently I have XVision, but would be most thankful for the aforementioned mod due to the added child races.
