CTDs when enetering most zones/buildings

So as the title says lads, i've been having trouble with my SSE. I get consistent CTDs when entering zones like the Windhelm slums, The Winking Skeever, The Bannered Mare, etc. I thought it could've been Devious Lore since that one gave me problems on LE, but after safely removing it, i still get CTDs. Here are the mods i use:

 

Any help would be appreciated since i truly don't know what could be causing the CTDs, LOOT says everything is fine :/

Hi ya, LOOT don't know much about anything outside of Nexus...don't always load order the right way....I lock my load order on NON Nexus files this way i can kind of control the listing order.....All I can tell you is that you have some mod that's making a edit to a cell and or adding items and those items either are not made for SSE. you can also have a complicated script that's blowing at that moment however as you say, its only upon entry to specific buildings. My guess is you have a NPC mod that's adding a lot of NPC's to the cities you visit. and something is broken, most likely hair or armor. First step, remove a mod if you can and check on a fresh profile ... only load trusted mods you have tested and do it step by step... soo you will hit a crash point. AHHH I got you! now you know what the mod that's doing it, you can either fix it yourself. or wait for a update. Most common culprit is textures, then mesh, then the kid of files like BSLs or old BSAs, remove the BSL, repack the BSA or make a loose files version... i use loose files on LE converted mods. I can then finish the conversion and repack it when i have made the necessary changed in the ESPs. Otherwise, you can make a plugin for the changes.

 Also a lot of are having the same  issues very often.... don't give up.. and good luck.

yup removing a mod mid game. even a simple one, sometimes it blows the save....LE conversions not made by CK properly will usually get you in hot water quickly. my advise is to go back several days before all this and try a much much earlier load.
