Looking for a little help making two quick appearance swapping mods!

Hey all, I've been struggling to find appearance mods for Serana and Sofia that I think accurately fit what I imagine they look like from their voice. But I've come across some companion mods who's appearances I want to use for them.

(SOFIA) https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/18877  - UNP, 2k, NOPE, HAIR TYPE 2.

And (SERANA) https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/12208 - UNP, 2k, BLACK, NONE ELF EAR - WEIGHT 70.

Those are the options I'm using for the installer.

 

I was wondering if anyone could help whip me up an ESP or two that would just swap the appearances only (not voices or anything, just the appearance) of the companion mods and serana/sofia? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Chaconne is basically identical to Seranaholic v1_5, except with correct hair & ears.

I'm just getting errors "Error in unit 'NPCVisualTransfer' on line 1335 : Undeclared Identifier 'frm' ". Don't seem to have an MO2 ini file to edit like in the video tutorial I'm watching. Never been able to get this tool to work in the past.

Never mind I figured it out, Found a file somebody made for the VR version to replace in my script edits folder and it works now. Thanks for pointing me to this! been modding a bit on and off for years I can't believe I never came across this tool.
