MrGrey Posted May 25, 2022 Posted May 25, 2022 I'm using the Just Business mod and have about 20 slaves in three settlements so far. Some of these slaves are just filthy. Is there a mod to make them wash up? I tried to modify them using the info->change appearance and removing the dirt over lay doesn't work. Ideal would be if they would take a shower, even in the decontamination arch. There's the "Get Dirty (take a bath)" mod but it's just for the player character.

The Get Dirty has an option for NPCs and when I use CWSS there will be times when the NPCs go to the shower...which is good because whenever they go to the toilet, it is not a pretty sound and apparently the NPCs need a lot more fiber in their diet.
travelmedic Posted May 25, 2022 Posted May 25, 2022 If I remember right the raiders and some other factions like that use a different set of skin textures that has dirt already embedded into the texture. Again, if memory serves, I think I made copies of the regular settler textures with clean skin and renamed them to overwrite the default dirty raider textures. If you are using a skin texture mod, have a look inside the file and you'll see what I mean.
travelmedic Posted May 25, 2022 Posted May 25, 2022 Of course if you do that then raiders will have clean skin all the time, even before you capture them.

Thanks! I'll try "Get Dirty" then. Where can I get CWSS since it was removed from Nexus Mods? Edit: Found CWSS on a site called "Buried Mods".

I always keep my raiders dirty (since they are simply known as targets to me).

Does CBBE install both in the same game though, or do you have to pick one at install? If you have to pick one at install, then the OP might still have the same issue if he picked dirty raider.

MrGrey Posted May 27, 2022 Author Posted May 27, 2022 Ideally the slaves would start out dirty, take a shower upon command to get clean. I'm good with their just autonomously taking a shower which seems to happen with CWSS, but those were settlers found with commonwealth captives, so they start out clean anyway.
