Common question: "How do I enable pregnancy?"
Solution for being lazy and have someone else do the work for you: this mod.

 

Enables nipples, lactate, spawn liquid semen and ejaculant on climax, allows males to become futanari, allows futanari to impregnate themselves (don't ask me how I don't know), PREGNANCY, and face masks will rondomize color for those who enable the social distancing plugin.

 

If you are someone who wants the social distancing plugin and still don't want to enable it yourself, an alternate version of the sexbound.config.patch file is available to download as well. Just remove the " - alternate" from the file name so that it replaces the file in the mod when you drop it in the mod folder.

 

When you INSTALL the mod, extract the folder inside the zip to the starbound mods folder so that your file path looks like "Starbound/mods/SxB Fetish Enabler/.metadata". Anything else is wrong.

Speaking of which, does this change the length of pregnancies or do you still have to that manually. I know when I originally played pregnancy length was clocked real-time and would take forever. So much has changed since then and I don't know if it has been changed or not.

This is only made to turn features on. You would still have to change the length of pregnancies yourself.

 

Add this to the bottom of the pregnant config file but within the square bracket (below enable pregnancy fetish because order is important) :

How exactly pregnancy works in Sexbound? I still don't understand what it really does, is there a way to have a child in the game?

A boy fucks a girl (or if free for all is turned on anyone fucks anyone) and causes a dice roll for pregnancy. If you or your partner becomes pregnant, your AI will tell you how many days until they give birth. With OS time you can turn off the game for that many days, but in game time you have to leave the game running unpaused and pray warping to another planet doesn't set the time remaining to thousands of days. The child will be a full grown adult when born, and if they are yours they will ask to join your crew. Dying can cause you to lose pregnancy status.

yeah, starbound has in-game time on a per-planet system (that is, each planet has it's own time, and time becomes indeterminate outside of a planet), and sexbound does not mess with that system, as far as I can tell.

So what happens if they aren't yours? Will they just vanish in thin air?

They will spawn as a normal villager that you would have to work towards turning into a crewmate.

I see "groin pregnant" in almost all mods, but doesn't this function work?
