[Troubleshooting, 18+] I have all requirements for SoS, still receiving an DLL error.

I installed all the requirements and I'm still getting an SOS warning. 

Last time I ignored this warning everything went laputa, is there an DLL file I'm honestly missing?

This is for Skyrim AE :

 

I supoppose you have the latest SKSE version for "your skyrim ?

 

For SOS AE install this after you install the "normal" SOS :

Choose  AVX , AVX2 , normal.

Overwrite the "normal" SOS with this version (It replaces the DLL for skyrim AE (Many thanks to chuckseven1 )

Well that's a sentence that'll take you places. Tech support most likely (ps: wrong forum section this isn't even a Skyrim related forum).

 

Your game is either version 1.5.97 (last SE update before AE) or 1.6+, the AE updates we've been getting since November 2021. Your game exe version is one or the other, not both.

I already have this installed. 

I use vortex to manually inject them. 

Should I install SoS AE 1.0.3.7z instead of SoS AE.7Z? 

and 2 more questions: 

1: Once I install SoS AE into vortex can I delete Schlongs Of Skyrims original file? 

and 2: I need Schlongs Of Skyrim for the Selachii race (Aka: "Shark race") or it appears as invisible, does SoS AE act as a standalone so this doesn't happen?

Couldn't find it. The forums UI hasn't been the friendliest thing to me: "I don't want to submit a mod file I want to find the discussions page". couldn't find it, so I defaulted here. A moderator could probably move the thread into the respective category.

First Check wich Skyrim Se version do you have !

 

Go to skyrim Se directory --> Right click on SkyrimSE.exe --> properties (opens a window)--> Details (take a look file version : Mine is 1.6.353.0 )

With SOS AE : you see dates unter the files : one is December 2021 and the other one January 2022. You install the 1.0.3.7z wich is the newer one.

The SOS AE only has the SOS.dll . if you delete the oryginal SOS mod it will not work !

to 1: You ONLY REPLACE the SOS.DLL file. You keep !! all other file from SOS .

to 2: I have no idea about the Selachii race.  Maybe you could see and ast at the page of the Selachi race. SOS AE only replaces the sos.dll file. It is useless without the original SOS mod. You DO NOT delete the origina SOS mod.

        You can see the SOS AE as update file for SOS.
