help missing "does this sim have a penis option"

I've recently redownloaded wicked whims and I'm completely missing the "does this sim have a penis" option. Instead it's just the regular "can this sim use the toilet standing." I would like to give my male sims vaginas but the option isn't even there ? please help

WW has removed it and only uses the Toilet Standing now to assign male genders.

 

So pick the other one for no penis.

 

There is another way in game live to change Sims genders on the fly but can't remember how.

Either Shift Click on Sim or regular Click and find the Gender Menu.

Just as Scorpio said, the options to assign genitals have changed in the latest version of WW. To manually assign genitals to a specific sim in-game you have to regular click on the sim, then under the Wicked menu, Personalization, Anatomy&Clothing, Genitals. Pick the genitals you want, and you're done.

So I can't assign their genitals in cas when I'm making the sims anymore? That's genuinely annoying.

It's been replaced with uses toilet sitting or standing.

 

Then in game click on your Sim and Select Wicked > Personalization > Anatomy & Clothing > Genitals

The penis is not visible in CAS which is a major PITA.

it makes making adjustments to male sims with vaginas really irritating because i have to back out of cas to check (the sim in CAS has a penis and i cant get him not to)

Due to game engine limitations CAS is not going to change unfortunately.
