so i installed the mod with mod manager 2 , but how do i start like get my first slave ?

Slave? I assume you're tlaking about Paradise Halls?
Activate someone that meets one of the conditions configured in Paradise Halls'  MCM and you should get a prompt to enslave them.

Questline can be started by talking to a guy in the sleeping giant inn iirc

You could try something radical such as reading the description page of "the mod". If that fails you could try asking in the support thread for "the mod".

First go to the MCM and check PAH is started

Should say started - if it says something else then post in the PAH thread with what status it is showing after checking you have installed all the required mods

 

While here i would also suggest binding a key to the Mark option, marked NPC's won't die by accident

Here i have bound the 2 key to mark, when i hit 2 with a NPC in the crosshair it will mark them for enslavement

 

Now go to the enslavement page and look to see what the health threshold is

Here it is 50% so any NPC at or below 50% Health is valid for enslavement

There are also other options for fleeing, sleeping, paralyzed etc but we will ignore that for now, now go find a NPC you want to enslave and beat on them until they are below the Max Health Percent and then with there name plate up push E - option to enslave will appear, select it and let the enslavement process run
