Need help with FNIS and Sexlab(?)

When I try to use sexlab the animation doesnt work, and the actors are just standing inside eachother with moaning sounds, and I think I didnt install FNIS or the animations correctly.

Here is what it says on FNIS:

Start skyrim once with the steam launcher

Check if you have installed your skeleton, check it's version and when in doubt reinstall it. (talking about xpmse) You have way too few bones for it to be xmpse.

always click on that and see what FNIS tells you. Most warnings are easy to solve. FNIS almost never tells you something unimportant. (Almost. Sometimes it does.)

That isn't a valid Steam directory structure, so I'd recommend not providing any further support.  High likelihood of piracy here.
