(Outside of the shockingly high quality sims bear mods) The motivation to do so is often just as difficult as the workouts themselves, so this place is where you can come to get an extra jolt if you're in need! This is where you post your questions regarding workout routines, diet and eating habits related to fitness, and status updates. It doesn't matter how little or how much you do, anything that gets the blood flowing and tires out your muscles counts! No gym, no problem. Planks, push ups, air chairs, curls, crunches, running, jogging, jumping jacks, and scissor kicks can all be done without equipment! Make sure to hydrate! As with any friendly thread, this isn't for shaming others or mocking their performance or plans, so positivity is encouraged. I'm literally more beefy than all of you, so I'll break your knees if you go muckin' about with people negatively. 2

Cardio Two miles treadmill One mile stairstepper 4x75 Jumping Jacks Strength 5x25 120 Lbs benchpress 5x20 20 Lbs elevated medicine ball situps 5x20 Lat Pulldown (forgot the weight) 5x20 190 lbs Pec Together 6x20 170 lbs Leg Curl With a cooldown of stretches, I plan on trying to keep trying to touch my fucking toes. I'm not nearly as flexible like that as I'd like to be. Any ideas on how to improve that on top of daily stretching? 1

So far, I have: 6.1 miles ran 2500 kms rowing 0 miles cycling Goal by the end of the month: 26.something running (distance of Marathon to Athens I think) 50,000 km rowing ?? Miles bicycling. Needless to say, setting a goal that high (for me) was.........pretty stupid. 1

When my Prince was heavily beaten few times, he strongly decided to practice martial arts, to jog and to exercise. My Ivy joined him in both, while I joined him only in exercise and jogging. He and my Ivy had professional trainer for martial arts and they both accomplished heavy training for body guards. So, for 5 years, the three of us jog and exercise every day, twice a day, plus they do martial arts training and sparring. We aren't heavily muscular, but we have very sporty bodies that we are proud of and which my Prince adores and worship, and he is veeery handsome, full of muscles. We love his body very much. Anyway, sport integrated into our lives so deep that we can't imagine not doing it. Just like having sex every day. thaclone Posted April 20, 2022 Posted April 20, 2022 my body is my motivation had a severe disc prolapse last year, with pain, I could not even imagine. was on hardcore drugs (pain killers and shit) for a 4 months period, before I even could start rehab. During rehab I had to work out and learned how to do the work out and what is important. Technically speaking I am a little overweight, but I was always "healthy" (blood etc was always fine) - so there was no real need for me, to do workout. But now I have learned, that I should have done workouts/sports long time before now, hitting the end of my 30s - now it's not too late, since it's never too late to workput (to keep you healthy), but now it's more about "making my ruined back not worse than it is and keep it on a level, that I hopefully will never have any (bad) issues again" and less "you need to lose weight and gain muscles to look good for the ladies etc " well yeah... if you ever had issues, caused by an unhealthy lifestyle (including your job, which clearley was a major part of my ruined back) you do not really need a motivation - thinking about the pain I went through, is motivation enough, trust me 2

Sucks to hear about bad pain though. I actually had something along those lines shake me up. When I was a teen, I pulled a muscle in my back, or tore something, I dunno. Yeah, I don't see myself stop with my exercises, they've become too central in my life. I couldn't last as long as I do sexually without it, I couldn't have such a beautiful form without it, I wouldn't have the occasion to work the steam (stress) out of my body as thoroughly without it... For example, if you watch TV, do exercises during commercials. From me: I split my workout. I do what I can, then get back to what I actually want to be doing, then when another break comes along, I do what I can again. It's slow going, but adds up over the course of several reps. Especially good for when you're just starting out again after not having to/had the motivation to work out in years. Personally, it's not about attraction, it's about just getting to that point where I can see where it's going, and I know that I have to start now to have any hope of turning it around before it gets to bad. 2

Exercise is like a glass of water with its water evaporating over time, each exercise contributes to fill it whereas inactivity gives more time for the glass' content to evaporate. 1
