so i am new to using mods in skyrim and i started and downloaded vortex and then i downloaded fnis and then after running it i got this in its app

Go ask for help there. You won't get help here with a cracked copy of the game. Also, even if you get this part to work, I'm almost certain other mods won't work as intended (some, very specific but that you may want to use). So I'd say all in all, this is not the place and it might not be even worth trying to mod a cracked game.
