I noticed that Wicked Perversions has the mod listed as a requirement if I download and install it can I disable it's features and systems? I don't really want it I just want Wicked Perversion.

No it isn't really needed for WP to work normally.

Might just be confusing wording on Nisa's part, I thing what she likely meant is that Basemental Drugs unlocks a few more interactions in Wicked Perversions.
