some question about fourplay

so here is question ,i download four play and i can start animation in the test room ,but i dont know how to start animation in commonwealth ,so should i press some hotkeys or sth ?

Four play is outdated, use aaf

Not helpful, since there are people who don't want to have to download files over Discord.
I'm trying to figure out how to actually start animations with FP too.
