How to make a certain NPC bigger breasts? And so that it would be visible in clothes.

Hello again, ho-ho, I realized that now I need to take it even higher and learn what I want to see in the assembly. The question is how to increase the NPC's chest, take for example Serana, I want her to have more breasts without affecting the other NPCs. I will believe that you guys know. You also probably like to make your favorite characters' breasts a little bigger, although it doesn't matter to me.

 

And if it's not so difficult, I want my breasts to increase while wearing clothes.

One possibility that I've used a few times is Standalone EFF Cosmetic Menu.  It has worked for me "right out of the box".  Check the requirements tab on the main page, of course, and make sure you have all of them installed and in the right place and etc.

 

Point crosshair at victim, open MCM fire Lesser Power, engorge, enjoy.  It takes mine a while to 'get settled' and show all the allowable Racemenu menus, so be patient.  It won't show face/hair menus either; there's Some Reason for this which I don't remember, but basically you can't change an NPC's face within the game (I know that wasn't your question, but you might worry).

 

For clothing... I don't know what the minimum is, to have this adjustable.  It may take nothing at all (beyond Skyrim).  I've been using the 3BA replacement body and BodySlide and OutfitStudio along with a hellish mix of 3BA and CBBE clothing packs, and that works for most things.

As far as clothes/armor, that can be done in BodySlide.  In fact, you can make your body have larger breasts there as well, but that would affect EVERY npc in the game.

 

For a specific character that would entail altering the specific npc's mesh and texture files....I believe. 

 

Again I will sit and patiently observe a far more experienced person's advice.

Thank you for your responsiveness, I can't check your methods at the moment. Today or tomorrow I will try all of the above and if suddenly I don't understand, I will write here again, I hope you will notice. I caught myself thinking that people on loverslab are responsive.
