This mod overhauls the looks of 100+ NPCs across the entire game, giving them new faces, adding small twists while keeping it lore friendly.

(6) Looks Menu Customization Compendium
(7) More Custom Eyes Options
(8) The Eyes of Beauty (v3.2 or newer)
(9) Tales from the Commonwealth (v3.02 or newer)
(10) Settlers of the Commonwealth (found under (9)'s Main Files section)
(11) Diamond City Expansion (v.1.6.2 or newer)
 
(9) ~ (11) are not related to cosmetics, but this mod covers NPCs in them as well, so they are required. Consider this my way of recommending these great mods to you.

Clean and Safe to Use
This mod was made with clean programming practices in mind and is therefore safe to install, update and remove at any point in your game.

All changes in this mod are cosmetic, and there are several subjective ones (such as the Children of Atom's skin tones, Gen-3 synths, and the ethnic features of some characters) in this mod that you may not agree with.

In that case, you can load your other replacers after this mod, or use FO4Edit to remove the record that refers to the NPC and the change will be gone. You may then continue using the rest of the mod without issue.

The outfit in R4-O4's image (version 1.0.2.) is a mixture of the Railroad variant of the Chosen_Of_Atom outfit by Niero and Xavier's Linglong Outfit. For those who notice, the ivy tattoos she wears is from Captive Tattoos by JB.

I continue to update this mod by including more NPCs or improving existing ones whenever I find time outside my daytime job and obviously playing Fallout 4 (though things might slow down or pause once Starfield launches. Hehe).
